It allowed dogs to stay. Location ok for our purposes (were visiting family rather than holidaying).
Great pub on roundabout within a 3 minute walking distance does good food.. Plenty shops on high street for provisions (although 12 barbers shops in one street is crazy)- yep we counted!
Good responsive comms with management company. Off street parking.
The kitchen equipment provided was basic. Toaster only fits half slices of bread and kettle pours hot water onto bench as well as into cups. Only the very basics provided in utensils, crockery and cutlery. A simple list provided in the property info would have helped to be more prepared before arrival. Would not be good for a longer stay.
Could have done with more than the very bare basics in provisions considering we arrived late Sunday afternoon. For example-barely any loo roll or washing liquid, 1 teatowel.
Noise attenuation with property above (upper deck) could be improved.
Furniture provision in bedrooms was scant. Had to do hair and makeup in kitchen due to poor lighting, lack of shelving or furniture and mirrors in bedrooms. Could do with shelving for toiletries and more hooks in bathrooms too.
Heavy curtains at windows would improve heat retention better than vertical blinds at single pain sash windows. Took ages to feel warm in the middle of winter.
Blinds needed in main bathroom- little privacy afforded from frosted glass of window when light on in bathroom and dark outside.
Main front door unlocked at all times. Anyone could enter the building. Didn't feel 100% secure.

A great quality apartment. Clean and modern.. We're using it for multiple weeks during house renovations and its a great place to live temporarily and good location for the city.
Great sized kitchen, but the fridge is nearly useless and must be 20 years old.
Lovely big bay window and great feel to the place.
Off street parking is great as restricted parking otherwose, although there is a major dip between road and pavement that scrapes the bottom of your car. 4x4 would probably me fine
The apartment is geared for short stay and so minimally furnished and equiped. We're missing basic cleaning aids, hoover, mop etc. and the furniture is sufficent but basic.
Fridge as mentioned.

The accommodation was spacious, modern and clean, with a small balcony and a view of the sea. Perfect for a family visiting Plymouth. Free parking and only a 20 min walk to the centre.
The floor boards were very damaged in the kitchen and lounge, we had to put towels down on the floor to stop catching our feet or making it worse. The main door to the building didn’t lock. It was left unlocked all the time. This made me feel a little bit unsafe. I also didn’t like having to pay a damage waiver on top of the accommodation fee, this wasn’t clear when I booked the accommodation. I’ve never been asked to do this before.

Keyless entry. Clean facilities, comfortable furnishings, and hot, high-pressure shower. Area was quiet and dark during evenings for good night's sleep. Balcony is clean and tidy and would be a nice space during sunny weather.
Car park space is ample but on a steep slope coming off a steep hill, so my car scraped on the ground when trying to access the space. There is a steep, narrow staircase immediately through the apartment door, which is not great for carrying a luggage bag up/down. Couple of warped/damaged laminate flooring boards have lifted so that their edges are raised and they now present trip hazards or could cut bare feet. Wardrobes would be better than the freestanding clothes rails, which seemed slightly flimsy.

View was amazing on the rooftop. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Handy not needing to worry about keys. Tv had a good selection of apps to choose from and WiFi speed was impressive. Plenty of plug sockets. Basic toiletries supplied and nice towels supplied for use to. Spacious rooms. Parking steep but handy. Wasn’t hard to get to close attractions like the hoe or the aquarium which my daughter loved. Would stay again.
Flooring was cracked or coming a part in places and in the kitchen it kept catching on my slippers so I kept tripping. Banged heads a few times on the roof but it’s the way it’s built
And a couple of signs to say watch your head but it still happens especially if you’re tall. Could do with more than one cutlery set. Plenty of crockery but had to keep washing up rather than just putting the dishwasher on once a day. Shower tended to change temp when in it. But these didn’t stop us having a good time was just a few niggles.

Large, clean with hot shower
Last morning ruined by miscommunication from the agent re check out time which was very stressful and dominated the morning.
No washing up liquid provided so we were only able to rinse mugs and glasses which made me suspect the same of previous guests ie the the glasses and cups aren't clean
Clean but not cost. Needed some more colour or soft furnishings to make it feel less clinical
A bag store would be very useful

Location was great for us - we knew the area beforehand, thus aware of the walking distances to various places in the city. Lovely balcony off the living room, although unfortunately the wet weather prevented us from being able to use it!
The narrow and steep staircase up to the apartment itself!

Location was great, flat was well equipped and well kept and exactly what we needed for our stay. View from the balcony was beautiful.
It was soooooo hot! The fan made no difference at all. Being right at the tip of the building it needs air conditioning. Also it needs curtains. The Venetian blinds were useless for keeping the early morning summer sunshine out. If these two things were sorted it would have been perfect.

Very well finished, comfy beds and brilliant value for money. To have 2 en-suite rooms, with a brilliant kitchen and lounge and an added bonus of a balcony with a superb view made this an ideal stay for me. Thank you
Parking a little hard, a few steep stairs and some low ceilings.none of this is the property’s fault. They have made the best of what they have and I hope they will allow us to stay again.

Fantastic apartment, parking worked well for us, location is fine, quiet residential street. Surprising and lovely balcony with views across city to sea and countryside. Spotless, good linen/towels, tea/coffee/soaps/shampoo - basics all provided. Good size kitchen if self catering. Good lounge and TV area. Have tagged to try and book again if back in Plymouth. Great value at the price we paid.
