Good location. Easy access to property and easy parking. Garden secure and enclosed for dogs. Rooms a good size and comfortable.
Would have been better if there was a table with 4 seats rather than 2. Meant we had to sit in the lounge to eat food rather than around the table. Garden needs some TLC but adequate for what we needed which was to let the dogs out.

The property is so homely and welcoming, with a lovely private an secure garden for pets, the location is amazing superstore and other stores literally a 2 minute drive 5 minute walk away.
The only thing I can say is maybe leave a multi surface spray to wipe down after cooking

Location, ease of access, quiet location
Smell of damp, paper peeling off 2nd bedroom wall, attention to cleanliness, for example the kitchen bins on the outside, cobwebs. Also mattresses were soft and lumpy, I slept on the floor because of this. Overall stay was pleasant but your eye is not on the ball, do you use a third party to manage the property? They need sorting.
