The apartment was easy to find, easy to park with a Tesco express within a 100m walk. Lovely and clean with plenty of room and a very comfy bed. Also, a real powerful shower. And a well equipped kitchen.
A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom would of been handy.

The host has thought of absolutely everything a traveler would need and more especially if you would like to do some home cooking. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious and very clean. The secure carpark was another plus. Ali, the host was available whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

We have used this apartment before so knew what to expect. The car park requires a code and the apartment has a key box. These details you get the day before arrival and makes entry very easy, especially as we were arriving after 19:00. We like its position within walking distance of King William’s dockyard. We walked to Plymouth’s Barbican but caught the bus back as the Number 21 stops outside the apartment.
As the car park lights are on all night additional curtain in the bedroom would be appreciated.

Very clean, very nice decor, well stocked with the little things you forget you need (we had some left over food in the fridge and there was some cling film so we could wrap it and take it home)
I prefer being on the top floors of flats/apartments; Thats just me, I am someone who loves a good view. Nothing against the apartment at all.

The balcony was a beautiful added touch. Parking on site and perfect location.
Tesco express straight opposite and a massive cricket field to walk the dog. Was perfect for the dog.
Walking distant from the town and Devils Point.
If you’re looking to go away to Plymouth, with or without a dog it is the perfect place to book!

The rooms were spacious, bright, very clean, and had everything we needed, and even more.
The staff was also very kind, helpful, and clear in their explanations.

I've twice chosen to stay at this apartment and would choose it again if necessary; therefore it is fair to say that I like it. The apartment is within a recently-constructed complex. It is spacious and airy, very clean, well-lit, quiet and comfortable. It comprises five basic spaces: hallway, bedroom, wash-room, a large kitchen-cum-dining-cum-living room, and a balcony. None of the spaces is cramped. The kitchen space is well-equipped; you could easily prepare a sophisticated and fancy meal if you felt so-inclined and let the dishwasher handle most of the aftermath. The shower squirts ample amounts of warm water and the toilet flushes quietly. The underfloor heating is effective. It is possible to work on the large table, and there are electrical sockets easily accessed for a charger or laptop computer. Parking is in an allocated space in a private car-park and, if necessary, it is possible to briefly pause a car more or less directly outside the building door to load and unload luggage. There is one small shop very close to the apartment and there is a "lidl" about 5 minutes walk-away, and an "Aldi" just a little further along the same road, so getting provisions is very easy.
Everything was good and there was nothing that I disliked. The heating controls challenged my intellect for longer than I'd have liked but I'm confident that the hostess, Ali, would have explained them to me had I discovered this at a reasonable hour and called her and, in any case, I worked-out what to do. I think the apartment is very suitable for couples on a romantic trip, solo travelers or couples on general leisure trips, and for people travelling for work and needing a space in which to do computer work, and also in which to unwind. People with mobility problems might be pleased by the lift and broad corridors.

Spacious, airy apartment. Very clean. Usually very quiet; almost no noise from neighbouring apartments. With the windows closed there was no road noise and even with the windows open the road noise was unobtrusive. Parking was in a dedicated space in a dedicated car-park and it wasn't at all awkward. Kitchen facilities were very good and certainly more than adequate for my needs. The underfloor heating was satisfactory, although I had to glare at the controls for a while before I worked-out what to do with them. I didn't use the WiFi. There is a lift between floors and access to the apartment would be fairly easy for somebody with reduced mobility, and certainly much easier than most places I've ever stayed. The dining table was a good space for using a laptop computer. Overall, I thought the apartment to be somewhere between very good and excellent; well-thought-out, sensibly arranged, convenient and comfortable. There is a "Tesco" corner-shop just outside the apartment compound, and there is a Lidl and an Aldi both a few minutes easy walk to the east (i.e. down the hill, towards Plymouth centre) and between them they had everything I could possibly have wanted during a short stay. Overall I think the apartment would be a good choice for solo leisure travellers, couples, and for people travelling as part of their job, and needing to do keyboard work while in their accommodation.

This apartment is in a new large development which is the final throws of being completed. The car park is gated with a code so you have safe parking. The apartment being new is clean and has new appliances.
As we like to walk into town or nearby restaurants the location was very good for Royal Buildings (about a 10-15 minute walk) with Plymouth central being about 30 minutes.
Welcome pack of milk biscuits and some coffee pods - nice touch.
As the building is still in final stages of completion the lift was not yet working (not a problem as the apartment is on 1st floor. The car park was being finished though as so many of the apartments were still empty there was ample space. The builder still has some snagging work on the common areas. Couple of things for the owner - he should ask the builder to check the lounge dimmer as it causes the lights to flicker (usually due to a higher rating dimmer switch being fitted but a lower one required as lamps are LED) and a teapot would be nice.

Room was really nice. Clean and had great facilities. Oven and plenty of utensils. Shower was nice and was plenty of tea and coffee with a pack of cookies. Really nice touch.

A fantastic new-build property including balcony, ample parking and furnished and decorated in a modern, clean style.
Everything we could have asked for and more, including a well equipped kitchen with milk in the fridge and biscuits awaiting!
Dishwasher, washing machine, decent shower and toiletries included.
We will definitely return ourselves and recommend to other family members that are visiting Plymouth.
Some outer areas of the new build apartment block aren't quite finished yet, and a couple of signs would help give reassurance that we were in the right place.

Die Schlafcouch ist für einen Erwachsenen eher unbequem. Das ist aber leider bei einer Schlafcouch leider normal.

Het is een stil, vrij nieuw en zeer schoon appartement met goede bedden en een goede douche. De keuken is goed uitgerust met o.a. een vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, airfryer, koelkast en vriezer. Je kunt er langere tijd verblijven, want er is een wasmachine, strijkijzer en -plank. Ook een föhn ontbreekt niet. Je kunt gebruik maken van een (gratis) parkeerplek op het afgesloten parkeerterrein. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep heel goed. De ligging is perfect met een bushalte is op 1 minuut lopen van het appartement en Mount Wise Park op 5 minuten lopen.
