Great location and size for large family gathering

Perfect location. Well furnished, attractive decor, and warm.

Parking very limited and expensive. Damp smell in kitchen area, but scented plugs help to mask it.

Sophia and her staff Bailey are very quick to request money for this and that, but try get a refund from them when they dont deliver what is offered. .... different story. its now Sept. We stayed in July and still no recompense. Until escalated to customer service at Booking. com. Parking will cost you £16 a day if you're lucky to find somewhere. Mattresses were awful . Every bed!! Beds creaked. Bases on wooden floor directly.. so floor creaked and bed base creaked. Terrible sleep Curtains can't be closed in main bedroom. ( Unless you have 12 ft ladder) Ornaments need some TLC . thiught this luxe. If i could take a picture of every ornament the page would be full. Suffice to say they are NOTHING like the staged pictures. Pillows not all with protectors provided No mattress protectors. Some Duvets badly stained/ yellow. Unbelievably thin mattress toppers, which is not the same as a protector. Home caters for 10. However only seating in lounge for 5/6. Dining table only seats 8. Back garden is shameful for a "luxe" description. 3 seats. Broken lights. Weeds and no flowers. Need a clock Need scissors Need a whisk Air fryer would be good Black mould in shower Describes having washer dryer. But no dryer. Describes breakfast bar. But no breakfast bar. This is where the other two people could have eaten!!; away from the family though. A lovely stay ruined by the poor customer service which could have rectified the issues. Originally left 8 /10. now its been edited. Be warned.

Great location, but surprised we were required to provide our own toilet paper!

Location was amazing! The 2 bathrooms were solid, the bedrooms were great, nice thick curtains to block out the early morning sun. Kitchen was well equipped.

We ran out of toilet paper and when I asked for more I was told we'd need to buy our own. This was unexpected, when you rent a house that sleeps 10 people you shouldn't be surprised by this, it was nearly a crisis! The management team should have made this very clear during the check in process. Also the master bedroom consisted of 2 single beds slid together which was not the most comfortable way to sleep together. The listing was very vague regarding what type of beds were in each room, and when the management asked what bed configuration we required I was unsure what options even existed. The listing could be more clear on this topic.

fantastic property fantastic location everything you need for a great stay

everything was thought about for a wonderful stay the house is beautiful and furnished to a high standard above and beyond with complementary tea coffee cereals biscuits honey etc. ideal location for seeing Plymouth we walked to most places easily and one of our group is blind. Anything I was unsure about Sophie answered straight away and made sure everything was clear, all in all we all had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again ❤️

Property is great but would benefit from large cafetiere and teapot (only one single size cafetiere for 10 guests). Oven and one baking tray needs a clean. More bedside lights would be nice.

Not that much toilet paper for a group of six girls for the weekend 😊 Was led to believe at booking that there was free parking permits with the accommodation, this is not the case. Cost £24 to park in the closest long stay parking.

Was a perfect short stay for a family get-together

Great location within walking distance of everywhere. Loads to do in Plymouth so it was nice to have everything easy to reach. A real bonus to be able to take our pet dog. The beds were so comfortable! We ate out so didn't need to use the kitchen much other than breakfast. A lovely townhouse. Sophia couldn't have been more helpful, a great host.

Not much to dislike at all, the house was warm and cosy and worked really well. If I was being picky I would suggest the entrance was better lit, (it was hard to see when we came and went in the evenings) but that's about all.

Central Location, Beautiful Home, Great Staff, would highly recommend!

LOVED OUR STAY! The photographs of this home were a true reflection of how the property was presented when we arrived. We couldn't fault anything and wished we could have had more time, traveling for business makes our stays short and sweet unfortunately but should we return to Plymouth for leisure we will surely reach out to Luxe living again. The team clearly know what they are doing and you will surely be looked after throughout your stay. Thank you all, please ask your cleaning team where they get their cleaning products from and drop us a private line :).

Relaxing, easy stay which was close to the key areas for us of the Barbican and The Hoe.

We arrived late, 11:30 pm, and it was easy to access the property. We were unsure of where our parking vouchers were but a quick text to Sophie and all was sorted very quickly even this late. Sophie texted in the morning to follow up from the night before to check all was okay. It is a spacious building and there was the ability to make a tea or coffee when we arrived as there were some supplies.

If the house was full to the maximum occupancy we felt the bathroom facilities may be have been stretched. For the style and homely feel we thought a nice table with some better seating in the courtyard off the kitchen would have finished the property off.

Lovely house, great location and helpful staff

Parking was expensive with permits as we didn’t arrive until 4pm on the Friday and were leaving at 10am on Sunday. The permits are £10 each and only suitable for one day meaning Friday or Saturday.

Wir haben Aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen extra geschrieben, dass wir alle Zimmer brauchen und es waren bis auf 1 alle anderen versperrt, wir haben 1,5 Stunden niemanden erreicht und sind abends angekommen. Was man unbedingt selbst mitbringen muss, da viel zu wenig: Müllsäcke und WC Papier. Das Backrohr und die Bleche wurden noch nie gereinigt-unbenutzbar.

Heerlijk huis, top locatie

Perfecte locatie, mooi huis gelegen in een rustige straat, maar op loopafstand van zowel het centrum als de populaire mooie wijkjes met heerlijke restaurantjes en pubs. Om de hoek van the hoo, met mooi uitzichten en parkje.

Bij aankomst bleek het niet goed schoongemaakt en werkte de boiler niet goed (koud!). In eerste instantie was er niemand te bereiken. Toen er echter wel contact was is alles binnen een paar uur goed opgelost en zijn we ook netjes passend gecompenseerd.
