Beautiful house in great location, landlord left us parking permits which made it very easy for us to come by car

Great accommodation in a central location

Lovely property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. Extremely clean with all the facilities of home. Iain was a fantastic arms-length host and very responsive. Will definitely return if I’m coming back to Plymouth. Thanks Iain!

Cleaners need to make sure there no dust and all pillows and mattresses are stained there was smell from linning

Nicely presented, well equipped space. Tastefully decorated. Good mugs!

I think a few more rugs in the bedrooms might soften the sound a little, though the wooden flooring is beautiful.

Stunning townhouse

This is a great house and we felt it was a home away from home. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to holiday together without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house is really well kitted out and we were able to cook proper family meals - unusual in many holiday venues. It was also really well decorated with pictures, rugs, cushions and throws. All the bedrooms were really comfortable with cosy bedding and good quality beds. Proper mirrors and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in each room. Iain, the host was great with communications and offered information on top of the really helpful folder kept in the kitchen drawer.

The house is a great size. There is plenty of space for a large group. Big bedrooms. A bathroom, an ensuit with a large shower, and an extra toilet on the ground floor. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Washing machine, dryer. WiFi was good. All good, everything you need for a great stay away.

We all enjoyed our stay, especially our evening at the Theatre Royal and visiting the Barbican.

The location is brilliant with the sea front just down the road and the town centre within walking distance, so we didn't need to use our cars. The house is very spacious and was ideal for our family of six to get together.

We would have liked mirrors in all the bedrooms. The legs on the kitchen chairs stick out, so that it was difficult to move around the table without walking into the chair legs.

Location of the house was brilliant, easy walking distance to all the main attractions of Plymouth. We were able to park both our cars right outside every night which was very convenient and the parking vouchers supplied made it dead easy. Excellent communication prior to our visit. Very spacious and comfortable house and everything was spotlessly clean. Thanks for a great short break!
