Run by a lovely kind lady , located in quiet street with parking outside in street on outskirts of Plymouth about 15 minutes from town centre. Room was clean and comfortable with kettle , fridge and microwave.
Bathroom was shared located one door away , free breakfast , cereals toast etc downstairs.
Aldi supermarket down the road a couple of minutes away.
Price was very good compared with other rooms in Plymouth.
A fully opening window , a bigger telly perhaps ?

I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but enjoyed one of the bottles of the courtesy water supplied in the fridge. The Large shower room was clean with varied toiletries. A bonus would to have had a small en-suite of my own

The room and basically the whole house is very clean.
The guests in neighbour rooms are very respectable, they walk very quietly.
There was almost unlimited amount of bread and milk in the fridge, which is a nice touch.
The WiFi ends up not working at all.
Luckily I connected to the EE WiFi as I am EE broadband user, so not an issue for me.

The room has a microwave and a mini fridge plus kettle with tea & coffee, wardrobe.
There is no sofa and communion area as it has mentioned (or the owner has locked the room which I don’t know), TV is not working (no signal or I am being stupid). We stayed in room 4, room is so tiny, with double bed, but only one person can stay on the floor at the time, the other has to queue in bed, the room has the ventilation extraction fan, it gives noise and the draft, owner responded quickly but owner didn’t know what to do, so we were very cold from the draft.
