We were so grateful for a non-hospital bed for the night after 10hrs in Derriford Hospital. We only booked at 7.30pm and only just got there before 9pm to check in, but everything was sorted over the Ring doorbell - excellent!
Everything we needed for an overnight stay & pleasantly warm. Shared bathroom was clean and well equipped.
Mattress just right - not too firm or too soft.
Price was cheaper than taking a taxi home!
Our last minute booking meant they hadn't time to clean the room totally, but we were deeply grateful for a clean, comfy bed & tea-making facilities at a really great price.

The room has a microwave and a mini fridge plus kettle with tea & coffee, wardrobe.
There is no sofa and communion area as it has mentioned (or the owner has locked the room which I don’t know), TV is not working (no signal or I am being stupid). We stayed in room 4, room is so tiny, with double bed, but only one person can stay on the floor at the time, the other has to queue in bed, the room has the ventilation extraction fan, it gives noise and the draft, owner responded quickly but owner didn’t know what to do, so we were very cold from the draft.
