I had the best 3 nights sleep I’ve had in ages at this location. It was no hassles lovely place.

It was a lovely modern place, I couldn’t fault anything about it. The host kept intouch when needed.

I unfortunately chose the budget room, it was absolutely fine for anyone, but I had paperwork and a laptop so I should have booked the bigger room. I did speak the the host and she explained how to choose next time.

Hard to find a negative, personally found central heating too warm. But favour cooler room temperatures. In August I don’t use central heating. I will certainly stay again

Basic stay for 1 night.

The room is not small it is totally cramped. The location is hardly Plymouth 20 minute drive to centre. It is inexpensive but in the middle of nowhere as far as the city is concerned.The parking is street parking which is safe but not stipulated.

stunning place

The place was very good. It was just like as described a Home from home. Wish there were many places like that. What made my stay to be unforgettable was the hoist warm welcome and hospitality. The kitchen was full of the accessories to use as if you are in your own house. Thank you so much. Was travelling because of work and it suited my needs. Clean place and quite.

For the price I paid the accommodation was great and very spacious and relaxing. Not far from the city. If your on foot you'll probably need to factor in busses but still a good location with takeaways just round the corner. Definitely would stay again

Nice and comfortable

Ideal place for our Dartmoor trips. The rooms were clean and in good shape, even the shared kitchen was clean - surprisingly clean, considering the continuous sharing by multiple parties. Even when the shared parking lot was occupied, we always found a place in the street nearby. There are two shared bathrooms and one of them was always free.

It would have been great, if every room could have had an own set of dishes. Since I find it tough to trust the cleaning policy of other parties, I always had to clean the plates twice, once before and once after breakfast.

This is a little hidden treasure, and the shared bathroom, which had us skeptical, won't put you off

The room and facilities were lovely and clean, the host provided foods for you to prepare breakfast, which was a lovely touch. She was very friendly and helpful as well, and easily reachable

The ONLY complaint, if that's even what you would call it (definitely not a complaint!!!), a full length mirror in our room would have given it top ratings, especially as I had an oil spill in my bag, but was unable to see if it was visible on my outfits.
