large room with comfortable beds and two large chairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Great cooked breakfast. Very close to station and city centre.

I liked the warm welcome and helpful host. The bed was warm and comfortable and the ensuite was clean and plenty of towels. I liked the facilities, tea, coffee, soup, hairdryer and on every landing there was an iron and board. Plenty of plug sockets for charging. A decent TV with Freeview and a WiFi password was provided.
The WiFi was very light capacity and not suitable for meetings, presentations or video conferences.

Convenient location, near Station and university. Could be a lovely house.
Unkempt outside and common parts. Caretaking staff only. Neglected..Rubbish bins outside the houses.
