Super clean. Bed really comfortable, nice shower, nice flatscreen tv, bonus that we had tea and coffee making facilities, perfect location for us as we needed to be close to Plymouth for our sons graduation but didn't want to stay in the centre.

A very basic IBIS. The reception area and restaurant passable but the accommodation block is dull, scruffy and unwelcoming. OK for a night before taking the ferry but nothing more.

Never had breakfast, location had nothing much around it, to far out of the way for us. Staff were amazing. We ate twice at hotel in evening and meals were really good. I guess we got what we paid for (budget) wouldn’t stay again

Location was ideal and plenty of parking. They offered a breakfast but we did not use this facility.

Chilled relaxing and calm

Lovely member of staff on reception who was very friendly welcoming and attentive. She helped us get breakfast with my dog and said that she had worked there for 25 years!! Weldone Ibis keeping a fabulous staff member for that long!!! Its great people who make businesses successful!!!

Very disappointing. Rather like a rundown motel. Poor value for money!

I did not want a cooked breakfast but other options disappointing - very little fruit or yoghurt.I had to ask for a serviette. Croissants were good. Free parking.

More choice for continental breakfast. I did not get my money's worth. Staff hard to find. Too many steps. outside area scruffy. Cannot get to room undercover which is not good in the rain! Traffic noise!

That the reception looked nice.

I paid £89 expecting a decent bed, however I was welcomed with an uncomfortable bed, the room wasn’t even cleaned and the staff that worked in reception was very rude and not welcoming at all. I will not be returning again.
