The staff were brilliant so friendly and helpfull. Love been able to bring the dog, could even take the dog in the breakfast room.

People had been sick outside my room on the pathway. Not the fault of the hotel. I feel sorry for staff having to clean this up.

Poor sleep but great staff

Staff were really friendly and food service good. The veggie curry on the menu was very tasty.

Room temperature controlled by an electric radiator was difficult to get right. Pillows were so fat I couldn't use them and spares the same size so had to use own clothes as a pillow. Quilt very thin so had to wear extra layers in bed.

Hotel was nice and in a good location

The room spacious for little dog and comfy bed and lovely shower. Location good for family living close by. Would book here again. The staff are very lovely couldn't do more for you. And the extra pats and hugs the dog got was a lovely the staff cater both for dogs as well as yourself and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Tidy and functional. Great staff

The walls are very thin. People in room upstairs came home after midnight and played loud music. Hotel staff were excellent and moved our room but not ideal with a baby at 2am. Can hear voices of people when walking on the walkway above.

It was ok for a budget overnight stay. A few things could’ve been attended to but the staff were lovely and the breakfast plentiful.

Super clean. Bed really comfortable, nice shower, nice flatscreen tv, bonus that we had tea and coffee making facilities, perfect location for us as we needed to be close to Plymouth for our sons graduation but didn't want to stay in the centre.

A very basic IBIS. The reception area and restaurant passable but the accommodation block is dull, scruffy and unwelcoming. OK for a night before taking the ferry but nothing more.

Served a purpose

Never had breakfast, location had nothing much around it, to far out of the way for us. Staff were amazing. We ate twice at hotel in evening and meals were really good. I guess we got what we paid for (budget) wouldn’t stay again
