A few months ago I found this hotel on the Agoda page.
A short while later I phoned the hotel to alter my stay.
The hotel staff I spoke to had no knowledge of my booking and hinted I had been scammed.
Yesterday I received a first email, today another.
I had a chat with the kind receptionist , she found my booking had been put in wrong surname as first name.
I’ve learnt a lesson, no you won’t get a refund and there’s nothing like a old fool.It seems that third party’s can do a better price but your on your own.I booked with Leonardo who told me days beforehand that they know I’m on my way and could check in Sat morning.I lost a fair bit of cash.not a happy teddy.

No parking like premier inn could get any breakfast and had to walk from the main carpark in the dark on my own, only one pillow person where there should be at least 2 each, I won't be staying there again, i'm disabled and no one offered to take my case up for me, although they were nice and polite. I want good value for money and to be able to stay in the same building for breakfast.
