We were very pleased with the facilities in the room. The bedroom was very clean as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and even though we had 3 single beds in the room the space was used very efficiently.
We didn’t expect anything about the room to be better but we didn’t know it was next to a lively wasn’t too bad as it seemed to close early.

Hundred pound a night very good value position of the hotel with excellent not sure of the man’s name but he was a diamond couldn’t do more for you
Nothing as I said above everything was very clean very large double bed and two single bed, telly, telly porridge biscuits, tea and coffee, sugar lovely

It was exactly as advertised, no frills, no breakfast, shower 3 floors below. No nonsense accom. Located in the shadow of the lighthouse on Plymouth Hoe.
The room was very basic, but exactly as expected.

Location is good and easy to walk to Barbican and the Plymouth Hoe for spectacular views
Nextdoor is a pub so ask for the rooms at the back . The room was stuffy and the family room had no fan with 4 people - my son fell sick and they could not quite sleep.
