I really liked the location. The place is warm and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean and tidy.

room was clean bed was very big and comfortable.down side one small wardrobe shower on small side and as for tea making had to asked for more milk twice as room was not serviced.Breakfast ok plenty of choice nice toaster but last day brekkie bit greasy.But overall ok hosts and a great location pub just up the road nice and big and chippy just round corner.
getting in with door combo got locked out for trying to many times LOL.

Owners were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They looked after our dog while we were for a swim and messaged us to say he was ok. They made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was superb and we look forward staying there again if we return to Plymouth. Superb location a 2min walk from the seafront.

The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic.
It looked like the b and b was half way through a renovation. And if so, they shouldn't of been open. The bottom stairs were in the dark. And the bedroom door did not shut properly. Then the guest was very loud last night. So dont know what was going on. But we did feel very out of place sitting eating our breakfast in a cramped dining room with bits of furniture everywhere.
