The amazing quality of the flat which a new build and very conveniently located at the city centre of Plymouth. Everything was just so near to our apartment. The check in instructions were super clear.
If we were told about the lifts not working during the time of our stay, that would have been great as we had two children and was a bit too inconvenient to get upto two floors with kids and all our stuff.
