Amazing place and I will quote my husband: "I could live here!"

The view of the sea is insane, very nice location because we had everything close. Quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours. Health & Safety at a high standard, smoke detectors, fire doors... we felt really safe. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return to this apartment. Thank you very much.

As for me, it's just too many doors, if it wasn't for my husband, I would get lost in these corridors 🤣

Lovely stay thank you.

Good location for the Cremyll ferry and Royal William Yard, and not far to walk to Hoe Promenade and The Barbican. Its a nice flat, well equipped, everything was satisfactory, and for the price we paid it was good value.

Mattresses were not great, but we got used to them. With the windows open there's some traffic noise from the road. Bathroom towels had a stale smell.

Absolutely brilliant

Stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting family. The flat was perfect - spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed and more! Then host was so helpful with clear directions and instructions on how to get in. Highly recommend and will definitely book again

I had a lovely stay and would stay again.

The apartment was really nice. It was clean and comfortable, from the kitchen to beds and shower, everything was great. The location is great for access to the town Center ( about a 10 minute walk away) and the Brittany Ferries terminal. Although I didn’t meet the host, communication with them about getting the keys was good.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the apartment or it’s location or communication with the host and I would certainly stay again.

it’s was easily accessible and clean and tidy. location was amazing and everything we needed. Safe underground parking, bathroom and ensure facilities were lovely.

lack of king size bed, the double room could fit a king bed which would be really nice. As a couple we ended up staying in the single room so we weren’t apart.

Great apartment, location and host!

Great location for Barbican, city centre and the Hoe. Can see the marina from balcony which was lovely. The apartment was well thought out, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our host was very informative and attentive before arrival. The added bonus of off street parking included in our stay was a huge benefit as city parking can be a very expensive addition. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for a 3 night break.

Location was great to visit Plymouth and an easy drive to the Eden Project. There is a fine view from the balcony. Underground parking is very easy to get in to and would be very handy if it rains.

Exceptional

This was a beautiful exceptional clean apartment. Nigel had thought of everything even down to the milk in the fridge for our arrival 😀. The decor was very tasteful.I would definitely come back here as it was so convenient to get to the Barbican Centre or Royal William Yard. Nigel text on the morning of our arrival to say the apart had been cleaned and even text on our departure to say we could check out a bit later if required. Thank you Nigel for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment

Flat was lovely all the wee extra mad it very tidy and comfortable and value for money

Was a bit out from were we thinking bottom end of the plymouth hoe And the heat in the flat was very hot even when the heat was off

Lovely place but flat & building is far too hot needed fans and to be warned about this.

Good location flat very clean had all that we needed except fans nice little balcony left milk for a cuppa too. Close to a bus stop and local aldi for supplies. Everything within walking distance nice view too.

Lift was out of order seemed to be for a long time so be prepared to climb over 35 steps each time. The flat and building was very hot & stuffy over 31c when outside was only 20c not in a heat wave either we could only open fully the patio door and the windows an inch it was very uncomfortable could do with a fan in each room you have no control of this heat at all.

Perfect Plymouth stay!

Location is great with town centre, Barbican and lots more all in walking distance. The apartment is fabulous, loads of space, beautifully decorated includes everything you would need and is spotless. Parking space allocated in underground car park is a bonus and where our car stayed all week. Spoilt for choice on places to eat out and drink

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved the property and view. It’s a lovely, spacious apartment with a stunning view and a convenient parking space in an underground car park. The hosts are exceptionally lovely and communicative. Highly recommend booking this if you’re in Plymouth! You won’t regret it.
