About this apartment rental

New build constructed in 2019. The 2-bed annex is on the ground floor with its own private entrance. There are two large bedrooms both en-suite. one has a 5 ft double bed and the other has two 3 ft single beds. There is a small separate kitchenette within the hallway. The kitchenette (not a kitchen) includes microwave, larda fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, soup maker, omelette maker, china, cutlery, utensils and a sink. There is underfloor heating with settings in every room. There is also an air exchange system for fresh clean air entering the rooms at the same temperature of the old air that leaves through a different vent. The digs are accessed up a private drive with electric gates with private parking at no extra charge. The Mount is a one minute stroll to the very popular Royal William Yard with restaurants, bars and a small ferry to The Barbican. There is also a walk-on ferry (a two minute stroll) which goes across the River Tamar to Cornwall with lovely walks and Cornish villages and pubs.

Really tidy and clean accomodation. Beds were nice and comfy with lovely walk in showers. Very modern, fresh feel throughout. Joanna was a brilliant host and her communication before and during our stay was excellent! She offered some really helpful advice on activities to do in the local area :)We all really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning at a later date :)

What a lovely place to stay, perfectly located to be able to explore Devil's Point and Royal William Yard. The property was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. We also got to meet the hosts who were lovely and let us use their paddleboards

The check-in was easy, and they provided us with great local tips that really enhanced our visit.The home was perfect for our family – spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable and family-friendly.We truly appreciated all the little touches that made the stay extra special. Joanna was incredibly helpful before and throughout our stay, suggesting places to visit and how best to get there. She made sure she was there to meet us when we arrived, and even left a birthday card and gift for me which was so thoughtful. We was very impressed with our stay, the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds& 2 bathrooms. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. Very peaceful with parking& the host was very helpful. kids loved the table tennis. Location was amazing with private access to the royal William yard. Stunning rocky beach a few minutes walk away. We will definitely recommend to others & be back again one day

The accommodation was absolutely lovely, but, it is very small, absolutely great as a base for visiting local area. There are two spacious bedrooms and a table with two dining chairs big enough to accommodate two people and a very small sofa. The only thing we missed was a separate room where we could sit down together. But, the accommodation was exactly as it was described. I would highly recommend this venue and the host. .

A beautiful home with all the creature comforts, very close to the beach front and harbour. Amazing views all round with exquisite cuisine located on the doorstep, super friendly area with easy access to the local town centre by car or by a short boat ride. The owner was amazing and very welcoming to our family, we had the best time in a long time away from home, their home felt like our home for the entire stay!

We’ve just returned from a lovely week staying at The Mount. The property had plenty of space for our family of four and bonus that each room has its own en-suite with fantastic showers and lots of space for two teenage girls to get ready. The accommodation was very clean and the small kitchen area was perfect for breakfast and snacks with every utensil you’d need and an ample size fridge. Although there is no sitting room the bedrooms are large and we managed to sit around the dining table for breakfast and games in the evening. Lots to do in the area and the proximity to Royal William Yard meant we tried every restaurant available and with only a short walk through private drive we felt really spoiled. Great to have parking for free and within a secure drive meant no concerns going out for the day. Joanna was lovely from original booking to our stay and gave us ideas of places to visit and just generally wanted us to have a fantastic holiday and enjoy our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and definitely will recommend to others. I can’t fault accommodation or our hosts in any way.

This property was perfect for everything Ineeded..immaculately clean, modern, quiet.. beautifully furnished and supplied with everything in the kitchenette .I even made small cooked meals as there’s microwave a china cutlery etc provided plus welcome tray with cereal tea cookies etc.So close to Royal William yard with fantastic choice of restaurants.. ferries to Cornwall The Barbican and great bus to Plymouth city the bus stop is close by….Definitely recommend and plan to return.Joanna’s a wonderful helpful host she even did my laundry! LOVE this property!!!!
