It is a fine Grade 2* listed Italianate building almost uniquely with dual aspect windows giving fabulous views to the east and south. It is a short walk to many restaurants, the Lido, Barbican and town centre. Plymouth is in the heart of Devon surrounded by South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with beautiful countryside and beaches, rugged walking territory of Dartmoor to the north and Cornwall to the west. There are one and two bed newly furnished apartments available for any length of booking from one night onwards. Parking and superfast wifi. Pets accepted. The apartments are the first to be made available for holiday letting as we embark on a programme of complete refurbishment and improvement including lift installation to create a top holiday destination and has been newly furnished. Reduced rates until all works completed (not yet commenced).
