Extremely well thought out flat, friendly hosts, great location. Loved the fresh daffodils.

Extremely high standard of presentation and great fresh welcome pack of bread, eggs, milk etc, together with lots of basics in the pantry. The location near the Hoe and many walks was ideal.

We were there during a particularly cold snap and found the heating system to be rather random. Additional heating was provided on request.

An okay little apartment for a quite weekend winter get away /birthday celebration with my partner.great walking distance from shops,pubs and aquarium! I hate to write bad things about other peoples places but…

One of the down side to this apartment you can hear people walking around upstairs (which if like me and your a light sleeper it can cause disruption when trying to sleep) obviously I know there is nothing you can do to fix it just annoying (sorry to be that person) . Also like to add the carpet in the hallway needs to be stuck down more in the corner,me and my partner went flying over it can see an accident waiting to happen 🤔the smell from outside near the gate was horrible something that doesn’t give a good first impression and not to mention the moldy stench coming from the washing machine !!!

Perfect location for everything on The Hoe & is also close walk to either the Barbican or City Centre. Plymouth Sound views along with proximity to the SW Costal Path make it a perfect.

I've been here about 5 times now and the place is always professionally cleaned to a high standard. The host is friendly and helpful. It's near the sea and the city centre. It's warm and the decor is nice.

Great hosts, great location & great apartment that was perfect for the stay

Easy rear door location from the front road access to find. Although I'm familiar with Plymouth from previously living there, the (perfect) location is easy to find with constantly available (permit) parking spaces available.

Not a particularly don't like, but the parking permits require being posted daily so don't forget as the Wardens can start at 10am.

Great, comfortable stay

A great apartment which was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with great decor. Fantastic location - 15-20min walk to City centre and the Barbican, with The Hoe just around the corner. The welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, juice, eggs and preserves was a delightful touch.

Amazingly cosy, quaint and comfortable with so much room and attention to detail!

We absolutely loved the care and attention to detail when providing breakfast foods and coffee for the days we were there. The presentation of the property was amazing and it was very homely and quaint - the size of the property is amazingly roomy and a great size!

Perfect stay

Absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is in a great location and it is beautifully finished. My parents had the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed, which was super comfy. Also loved the little touches such as jams and bread for breakfast etc. Will stay again!

The coffee, tea and orange juice was great to arrive to after a 6 hour drive plus the sourdough loaf, eggs, butter and jam was a lovely surprise the location was excellent for exploring the hoe, sea front and the Barbican and the apartment was extremely comfortable clean and cozy

The Host gave extra touches to the apartment to start your stay off. Wonderful location, smart & very clean flat. Street Parking opposite location with daily permits. Wonderful large shower.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautifully decorated apartment right on Plymouth Hoe. From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. The interior is stylish yet cosy, with tasteful touches in every room that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Every detail had clearly been considered — from the plush bedding and spotless kitchen to the ambient lighting and elegant furniture. It felt like a true home away from home. Some really thoughtful little extra touches too. Location-wise, it couldn't be more perfect. Right in the heart of everything, with cafes, restaurants, walks, and sights just steps away — yet still incredibly peaceful and quiet inside. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. If you're looking for comfort, beauty, and a little bit of seaside magic, this is it.

Lovely location with a beautiful walk along the sea line to the bars and restaurants. Very well stocked apartment with all you could need and added unexpected extras such as milk, orange juice, sourdough bread, better and a selection of jams on arrival! Added bonus of two toilets in the property!

This was a gem of a find - perfect location so near to the waterfront with an easy walk into city centre, Barbican and the Hoe . Th accommodation had everything we needed with great attention paid to detail and comfort What was especially nice was how welcome we felt on arrival . The lights were on , generous provisions provided and cut flowers in vases. Cooking facilities were excellent and sofa bed easy to use Hosts approachable and responded very quickly to any queries So glad we found this accommodation - we will be returning

The best AirBnb we have stayed in. On arrival, there was milk in the fridge, bread, butter, jams and even 2 vases of cut flowers. Everywhere was immaculately clean and the apartment felt very homely. The host responded immediately to a couple of queries we had. My wife and I will definitely stay there again when I'm required to be in the dockyard. Highly recommended.
