NEW, STYLISH & SPACIOUS GROUND FLOOR Mews

A wonderful apartment situated in the beautiful grounds of the old naval hospital. About a mile (flat) walk from the town centre. It’s was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, with a large lounge, good sized bedrooms and very comfy beds. We thought it was really special and loved it!

There is free parking just outside the property but only allocated to one car. We had two cars as my husband and myself had travelled from Shropshire and our friend drove from Watford. Finding parking in Plymouth is not easy, particularly at 10 pm after a long drive. As I am disabled we always check accessibility - we were told there was one step into the property, which there was, but it was high ( for me) very uneven and on a slope, which was a bit of a challenge! The owner very kindly ordered a ramp for me but it wasn’t really suitable. There were also two steps in the apartment itself. Only a problem for me - husband and friend had no difficulties.

The location is very pretty with the grounds and buildings. The apartment itself is a home away from home, and it’s lovely touches making it feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. Communication was good and instructions very clear.

There is an air fryer, but no oven or microwave. There is everything else you need though.

Beautiful accommodation! Really high end fixtures and fittings make it feel very luxurious. The sofa is so comfy! We didn't take our dog but being dog friendly with a welcoming dog bed is lovely! The location is great. A gated community with history all around you but a short walk or even shorter uber/taxi ride to town, the Hoe, Barbican etc. The host is excellent and very responsive. Highly recommended.
