Very comfortable nearly like being home.

The kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen had everything we need. We loved the big sofa and recliner. Loved the windows overlooking a big field. Enough wall sockets everywhere. The place was very clean and welcoming.

The shower leaves much to be desired. A better shower head and more warm water was needed. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. The main bedroom mattress needs replacing. The stairs were a bit steep and the light poorly lites them.

Nice place, excellent value but could do with some tlc!

Spacious, good value, cosy and warm. Good location. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived and they were attended to and fixed very quickly.

Things are a little tired. Main bed and sofa were not that comfortable. Loose electrical sockets.

Poor value for money, smelt very damp, cold and needed updating

On the surface it looked nice and the location was good

It was tired, smelt damp, freezing cold, not every radiator worked, the bathroom was very smelly of damp and bitterly cold. The electric shower was very poor the water pressure was so low the water barely came out, the bathroom towel radiator leaks on the floor. The overall experience was not to the £600 price range we would not recommend to anyone!

Great spacious modern flat! Loved it!

Loved the size and value for money of this property an it had a lovely coffee machine which is a real bonus for travelers. Good parking and great secure location!

For we’d have preferred harder beds.

Perfect stay in Plymouth

We absolutely loved the accommodation. The table football was a nice touch, which my children and I enjoyed into the early hours! The accommodation had everything we needed and the bedrooms were luxurious. It's a really peaceful location with easy access to the town centre or the Royal William yard. The communication was perfect. Nothing we could fault at all.

Bright and clean, spacious, apartment. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay really. Always a bonus to have a parking space close to the property and on a secure site. Lovely outlook over the park. Host was very communicative and quick to respond.

Impressive and safe setting

It is situated in a quiet secure park (old Naval Hospital grounds) which is impressive. Location is in a reasonable area. We could walk to Plymouth Centre/Hoe (20-30mins) and Royal William Fort (20mins). Local Lidl supermarket for supplies. The apartment had a great ambience. 3 beds kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Safe parking space.

The apartment backs onto a park and a school which can be pretty noisey in the evenings up to 10pm. Outside the secure area is ok but not sure I would walk out at night. The apartment has a few pieces that need attention, nothing major. Single glazed windows did not help reduce noise or cold. Could have used a user manuals for the heating and TV.

Spacious and bright flat with some downsides

It was spacious, quiet, and had lots of light. Closely located to city centre and some grocery stores. The bed in the main bedroom has an incredibly soft mattress, which is a bonus for me. The staff was lovely in providing an extra cleaning service and more necessities bc we were staying for two weeks. There was a parking space friends could use when visiting us.

The horrible smell of overripe Camembert and cooked cabbage coming from the bathroom drains. People have been mentioning this since June ‘25 and nothing had been done about it. It permeates the whole flat at times. The general cleaning standards: The freezer was covered in some gunk when we first opened it, glasses and other kitchenware were put into the cupboards while still dirty. The shower head and water boiler were grimy. The flat doesn’t have a hoover, broom or mop, so you can’t clean if necessary.

Accommodation was very good. Clean spacious comfortable apartment with lots of facilities. Shower was very good.

Beautiful property and location, would definitely recommend and am booking another stay!

The property was lovely and clean, beautifully decorated and spacious throughout. The grounds of the building were beautiful, unique and with historical importance. Great communication from the hosts, easy access to shops, great little extras such as board games and even a bottle of bubbly on arrival!

As others have mentioned it can be slightly hard arriving in the dark, and the key box could do with a light sensor and maybe better marked as there were two lock boxes and we got a bit confused. But very small issues compared to all the great things about the property!

Quiet spacious oasis in the city

Great location with view of onto a park even though it was right in the city. The apartment is in the grounds of an old military hospital and has 24 hr security. Very spacious.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. A real gem!

Really well maintained. Lovely and clean decoration. Good communication with managing agent who compensated us for a hot water tap not functioning. Super beautiful location which felt very safe with security. Lovely white fluffy towels, and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. No food produce or bathroom products provided but didn’t affect visit, and had not planned for any to be available.

Steps up to the front door could do with a sweep. The property inside is fabulous but entrance lets it down a little. Velux blind in second bedroom needs fixing.

Fantastic stay

Location was great. Walking distance into Plymouth centre for restaurants and bars. Property slept 5 of us very comfortably. Huge bathroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Convenient parking. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Plymouth. Highly recommended.

Excellent property that was private, secure and lovely bed - ideal for Plymouth.

Really amazing property that more than met my expectations. Bright and airy with a really comfortable bed. Location was ideal for my work and very secure as has 24 hour security at the entrance to the development. I walked to The Royal William Yard for dinner - great selection of restaurants. Also went back for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Details from property were super easy to follow and free parking. Would recommend and will stay again next time I am down - will bring partner to make most of the table football! Thank you and a real pleasure!

Very poor

Looks bright and airy in the picture. Arrived and it was freezing,warmer outside. Smelt like a takeaway inside so like it hadn't been aired properly or cleaned. There was food stuck on the hob and sideboard in kitchen area, a smoothie blender left out on side to use....but not clean. Food stuck to the leather couch. On calling the property contact they insisted it had been cleaned and were extremely patronising. I (as the paying customer) was basically being told what I was saying was not true. Eventually, was told he would look into a cleaner coming to sort the problem, this may not have been until later that evening or the next day.Too late by this time. I agreed to pay for 1 night even though I was booking somewhere else to stay that night and they would have the opportunity to put it back up on booming.com for the remainder of the weekend. I had booked 4 nights and did not stay there. Booking.com liased with them to try and come to a refund agreement but I had ZERO refunded. Because of this I could not afford to stay the weekend so had to drive the 5 hrs back home the next morning. Most disappointed with the lack of customer service. Cleanliness should still be extremely important....have people already forgotten about COVID!? I've used booking.com for YEARS and am not someone to complain unless I have good reason to. For the price I paid, I expected better.

A real find.

Spacious, comfortable and characterful apartment. Excellent security, easy free parking. Well equipped and thoughtfully, e.g. coffee machine with ample supply of pods. In magnificent historical surroundings, quiet and yet still within easy walking distance of city centre or Royal William Yard.

Free prosecco on arrival. All utensils you need are provided. Good value for money, smart TV is good. Rooms are good quality and beds are comfortable. Good location which is close to the town with restaurants and shops (walking distance).

The shower leaked, and a deep clean is required as a few cobwebs and paintwork needs touching up. Hairs on the sofa pillows.

The flat was lovely, loved the decor and a nice amount of space. A perfect get away.

We liked everything! We had a little issue with the kitchen tap, I did not turn on and throughout our stay the water was hot even on the cold setting. After reporting the lack of water from the kitchen tap on the first day this was quickly fixed and the service was excellent.

Logement froid et humide. Vaisselle sale .lave vaisselle pas vidé et verre moisi dedans. Tout était collant comme porte de frigo ou boutons de plaques électriques. Bref notre arrivée dans ce lieu nous a donné envie de répartir de suite. Après on a fini par s habituer
