About this house rental
Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for the past five years, with most of our properties being close to the water. As a family owned and run business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us.
We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers, and maintenance team to ensure the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.
The Barracks sleeps eight, being a quality three bedroom house with an additional sofa bed in the lounge, with the benefit of free WI-FI and smart TV'S. It has a fitted kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay with a fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a separate dining room with table and chairs.
This house is perfect for families, groups of leisure guests or anyone working in or near the dockyard .
One bedroom has a zip and link bed that can either be made up as single beds or zipped together to form a queen size double. The second bedroom is a twin room and the final bedroom is a bunk bed room.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet downstairs.
This property has been newly refurbished with a brand new kitchen in 2023.
