Great location with ample parking. I stayed in Rodney, a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and fantastically appointed with everything you need for the stay.

There are no negatives. Just a note, the pool is used for lessons 3pm-6pm but I was offered 6-7 if I wanted which was too late for me due to working/eating.

“The van was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to two stunning beaches. The pool was beautifully maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep my daughter entertained, from the playground to feeding the goats and spotting the hens.” The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help.

Quiet and very comfortable holiday site

Lovely location nestled in valley near beach and coastal path, beautiful views. Lodge spotless, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and bedrooms. Showers were amazing, powerful and instantly hot. The heated pool and sauna were amazing and readily available through booking system. Staff really friendly and responsive to queries.

Quite steep to get down to from main road, car required to go anywhere. Coastal path walk to Plymouth ferry around 2miles a bit too far for little legs and not navigable for pushchair. Minor issues though if expected and planned for. Didn't prevent us having a brilliant stay.

Great location and facilities, the place is super clean!

It was a beautiful place with very clean facilities! The small 2 bedroom caravan we hired was very clean and had all the things you needed to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. There was a hoover which was appreciated as the sand from the beach tracks in. The place had a decent size fridge freezer and some aspects definitely exceeded our expectations, the newness of the caravan and the cleanliness of the caravan and facilities. The holiday park was so quiet and a wonderful location next to the beach. Staff were all friendly and regularly around doing lots of jobs on site. Great place for families.

A couple complaints were that the small double bed was uncomfortable and bouncy so when my partner moved it woke me up and vice versa. My husband is 6.1 ft and his feet hung off the bottom of the bed. The curtains were cream colored with no blackout lining which meant the kids and us were up very early. We thankfully had a friend nearby who brought us blankets to drape over the windows to help as the kids were up at 5 a.m. the first day. Also the Internet was very poor, we couldn't connect at all one night so couldn't watch Netflix or Prime.

Amazing Easter break

Amazing location , amazing facilities , this is a great place to spend your family holidays . The place is very much children friendly , our cabin was recently refurbished , everything was new inside . It is a self catering place so bring your own food if you plan to cook and you will need a car to go around and eat at the closest restaurants. Pool facility is good and clean. There is direct access to the beach , really nice area with a stream going through the park . Thank you to the family running this business, we had a great time !

The caravan was beautiful. It was spotless and had all the essentials needed for a great holiday. The park is so peaceful. The only sounds you hear are the ones from the wildlife, it’s very tranquil. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. There is lots to do in the area and the beach is easily accessed within 5 minutes. Such a beautiful place so glad we found it.

I absolutely adore this place. Its so relaxing due to its location and everyone is so polite and welcoming. I took my son for his first swim and he loved it, the heated pool is amazing. Everything from Felix to the water flowing through the camp its fantastic. There is even heritage here, the owners are third generation from 1952 I believe. Outstanding.

The gas ran out for the BBQ on the last night but we had a full kitchen to make up for it so it was no problem at all. The phone signal is not great here although the free wi-fi helped but secretly that was a big plus. Its good to disconnect sometimes.
