On the first floor is the living room, boasting uninterrupted, wall-to-wall harbour views reaching as far as the historic Plymouth Barbican and Plymouth’s famous Smeaton’s Tower. You can step straight out onto your own large balcony, with bistro sets, enjoy a meal in the fresh air and take in the setting sun. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom, with a comfortable kingsize bed, dressing room and an en-suite. The other two kingsize bedrooms, one of which can be converted into twin beds, can be found on the second floor, again affording wonderful views.
