Great house!

Great house, comfy beds, location was perfect.

The only thing would be that the living room was a bit of a squeeze for 8 people but we managed ok.

Fabulous! Great stay!

Very clean and tidy rooms. The kitchen looked newly built. All essential households were available. The location was perfect, near to all local attractions. Shops and supermarkets were a few minutes away by walk. Would highly recommend for family of 6.

Lovely house, friendly host, convenient location.

There was plenty of space for four of us to stay. The house was super clean. The host was fabulously communicative and helpful.

The parking situation isn’t great with a very tight space for an average family car. I would recommend a handrail on the internal stairs as my elderly father struggled getting up and down. The mattress could do with replacing on the top floor en-suite room as the springs could be felt.

Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed

Car park took a while to get into our tight space first night but once the other residents knew we needed our space they parked better to provide a clean space to park within the lines

the place was very clean and tidy, nicely decorated The beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Only bit was coming back to the place 10 at night we couldn't get in to the locked carpark using the key code, could of been due to the weather as it was bad.

A modern, clean and well equipped property for a pleasant stay in Plymouth.

I travel a lot and I've got to say that this is one of the better properties I've stayed in. It was modern, clean, very well laid out and equipped with most things you need during a stay. The host was also incredibly accommodating and was available when needed. If I stay in Plymouth again I would definitely stay here. Outstanding!

It was like a home away from home. It was in a fantastic location and was a perfect size for our family of 7. Our host was most accommodating, answered any questions I had straight away and was extremely helpful.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr netter Kontakt bereits im Vorfeld mit Vermieter. Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung auch Waschmaschine super sauber. Typische Kekse, Milch, Fudge und Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung. Für zwei Familien a vier Personen einfach super. Aussenbereich schön, ein Parkplatz inkludiert und ein weiterer kostenfreier Parkplatz fast um die Ecke. Plymouth ist unter den ganzen Küstenstädten jetzt nicht so schön, aber für junge Erwachsene gibt es Kneipen / Nachtleben in 15 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Pub auf dem Weg zum Lidl. Lidl und Aldi 2 min zu Fuss entfernt. Toller asiatischer Supermarkt auch um die Ecke. Man kann mit einer kleinen, nahen Personen-Fähre schöne günstige Ausflüge z.B. nach Mount Edgcumbe machen. Dort kann man auch zu sehr schönen Stränden wandern.
