Good value for money.

Central location with parking. Loads of space and a well equipped kitchen. We've stayed before, and will likely come again.

It's an old building, so difficult to keep looking clean. Some nooks and crannies are dusty or looking mouldy. But overall the cleanliness is perfectly fine.

Cut short our stay and moved to a hotel after 16 hours

Location and the car park space allocated to the let

Broken bed, faulty boiler dripping water into the bathroom instead of via outside overflow pipe. Noisier than expected as the windows weren’t double/triple glazed but that is probably beyond the owners control. Front door access pad could be better illuminated. No action taken by owner when on arrival we advised them of our concerns regarding the boiler and the broken bed

Could be amazing if cleaned and maintained properly.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, and lounge had all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay. Location was perfect for city centre and Barbican.

Although the beds were clean and comfortable, general cleanliness was poor with lots of hair in the bathroom and dust on all surfaces. The boiler in apartment 4 also leaked onto the toilet after each shower and the bath was very heavily stained with limescale and mould. The carpets could also do with a hoover.

Overall it’s good but owner need to check the apartment herself before giving on rent.

Shower was not working and it’s was replace after 03 days. One of the bedroom window is broken and having cold waves from there. Window glasses were broken and lots of outside noises were disturbing in the night

AVOID. Dirty not worth money.

Not clean, spiders, bedding was not changed. Cleaners came back to clean and didn’t even do anything. Smell of mould. Outdated. Cobwebs everywhere. Cleaners attempted to enter my room without knocking as they thought I was checking out and I was only 2 days into my staff. No response from the owners regarding my lack of satisfaction. AVOID.

Must have been beautiful in its day but the property needs a lot of TLC … especially for the price !

Location was great … really great to have worry free off road parking and the beds were really comfortable. Communication from Lisa was really prompt and helpful.

Travelled with 90 year old parents and there was 4 flights of stairs.. however due to a mix up with Booking.com this may not have been the room we were originally booked into. At a glance appeared clean however within 5 mins we found quite a few issues. Lounge had not been hovered there was a squidgy tomato on the floor by the sofa and playing cards just under the other sofa…. Windows were falling apart most of the glass panes were broken or missing completely … in one bedroom a whole pane had gone and was covered by a damp piece of chipboard. There were random bits of tape covering cracks that were peeling off.. and worst of all the windows were all screwed shut … the place was like an oven !!!! … talking of ovens that wasn’t too clean either and the extractor fan was covered in old grease. In the bathroom there is a massive piece of flaking bubbled plaster where there has been a leek and nothing has been done with it. Curtain poles and skirtings were thick with dust and there was clumps of dust falling out the radiator in the hall. Lights in one bedroom did not work and almost all the drawers were sealed shut … the ones that weren’t smelt damp and most of the handle were coming away or had fallen off.

A very high value is not worth it.

Location

A large and spacious apartment. No acoustics, you hear the noise of the neighbors all the time as if you were inside the apartment itself. I wanted to cook and went to the kitchen. There are no pans suitable for cooking. There are no pans that are good, in fact. I took a shower. There was no hair dryer to dry my hair. I thought it was absurd that such an expensive apartment doesn't have a hair dryer. I've stayed in much cheaper places where I didn't lack anything. The wifi doesn't connect either.

Great City location apartment

We loved the location and the easy self access. The bedrooms we found spacious and beds comfortable. Streaming tv. WiFi. Central location for food delivery if you require. Helpful host. Fans in every room was a great addition. Not far from attractions shopping nightlife. Would definitely return again.

The bathroom is very dated and could do with an upgrade. The windows don’t open. However there are fans. A few minor points. The oven needs a good clean and oven trays could do with replacing. Cobwebs could do with cleaning away.

Access to our parking space . Taken up with Vans & a truck . We had to leave our car on yellow lines . My husbands mobility is poor

It was a great location and really good on price. Lovely hosts and we really love the QR code for rules and helpful bits.

Parking was a little confusing but quickly sorted. Cleanliness was good but not in the kitchen or the bathroom. (Just needs a clean of the freezer and kitchen slides as well as a dust/ mould control in the bathroom) and on the last night the upstairs neighbours kept us up due to screaming and slamming of doors.

Wouldn’t book again. Messed around by staff and not clean even after ‘cleaning’

I wouldn’t usually leave a review but the beginning of my stay was so chaotic that I feel I need to. 1. I didn’t get the check in instructions until an hour after i was supposed to be able to check in, which was at 4. Despite the reservation saying it would be sent 24 hours in advance. The owner/ host was almost impossible to get a hold of. I had to call booking.com customer service to get an answer. I got the instructions and she (Lisa) was very apologetic. 2. When I got there it hadn’t been cleaned. At this point the owner was answering and she was apologetic, she let me have the code to apartment 5 instead while she worked on a solution. When I got to apartment 5 the door to the loft was open and there was fiber glass insulation everywhere. I let the host know and went back down to apartment 2 to wait. I waited 4 hours for any kind of response. I sent multiple messages and called twice to no avail. By this time it was almost 9. I got a call from a different host and she told me that a cleaning crew would come in the morning and that i should use apartment 5. This baffles me as I am not sure who would think that an apartment littered with fiber glass insulation was a suitable alternative. Maybe they didn’t read my messages properly or were not aware of what I meant? I don’t know. Either way it was all very poor. 3. Probably the most frustrating part was the lack of clear communication. When I went back up to apartment 5 I kept hearing loud thuds from the loft. I couldn’t reach the loft to close it or take a look up there. I couldn’t find a loft pole. I had said on the phone that it didn’t really feel safe. The host brushed me off saying it was very high. In the end I called the non emergency police line and they were kind enough to send two officers round to have a look. Bit over dramatic but I am a woman traveling alone and the hosts instilled me with zero confidence. Turns out the broken open window in the attic was blowing around in the wind.

Beautiful place

The place was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need , a beautiful location close to shops etc , stayed here before the Lady was so helpful, friendly really couldn't ask for more , I wouldn't stay anywhere else after being here .

Very welcoming and great location.

Everything that we needed was in the property, and if it wasn’t I dare say Lisa (the host) would’ve gone out her way to provide it. Lisa was very helpful and made sure everything and everyone enjoyed their stay. Good location, 5 minutes to centre 15 to harbour.

Perfect Location, lovely apartment!

Firstly the property is in an amazing location. So easy to get to where you want to as everything is a short walk away. Parking onsite. The owner Lisa was really friendly over message. Was easy to check in using lockbox and key stays there so no need to worry about taking them out. Apartment itself was much bigger than I’d thought which was great. It was comfy and had everything you’d need for your stay and more! Felt like a home from home rather than a basic room. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Plymouth.

we picked ground floor apartment as have a toddler and we were using pushchair there are some steps to get up to the apartment which I did not realise - not an issue really

Conforto e proximidade do centro muito interessante!

Gostei do apartamento, tem um tamanho bom, a cozinha é bem equipada, o lugar é confortável. É bem próximo do centro da cidade.

Algumas coisas não são tão legais, tem uma porta muito barulhenta antes de entrar no flat, não adianta fechar com calma, de madrugada parece que alguém está arrombando a porta do flat. Falando em porta, ela não tranca. Outro problema que tive foi levar o lixo para fora, a porta de trás estava sempre fechada, precisava dar a volta na rua.

Topverblijf voor ons

Het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk maar het centrum is toch op loopafstand. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats waar je je auto gratis kan parkeren. Het appartement was mooi groot en het bed prima. Het keukengedeelte had alles om in te kunnen koken. Er zijn meerdere supermarkten in de buurt (ook zijn er meerdere restaurants, pubs en cafees in de buurt). De badkamer voldeed aan onze wensen en er was een wasmachine en droger en droogrek. Onze bovenburen hadden een avond een paar uurtjes een feestje maar ze stopte keurig op tijd, we hadden er geen last van.
