Plymouth Central Apartments

Comfortable and Accessibility

The toilet seat is old

Quiet location however having to walk around the block and when you park late at night was a little bit unnerving when you’re a solo lady Everything needed in the kitchen, which was good Bed was fairly comfortable nothing like your own bed though, but at least it was quiet there

The dedicated parking spot was full of Bins all week. I had contacted the owner who stated that she would get the cleaner to move them so I could park in the allocated spot. These were never moved all week. I contacted the Owner on arrival and it took over 24 hours to get a response and if you can’t park out front of the building, I was a bit concerned when I arrived late in the evening as to where I can park not knowing the area. I had to work in the area so I needed the Wi-Fi and that was one of the reasons also for picking this location however the Wi-Fi signal was not very good kept dropping out and disconnecting so if you do need and I’ll reliant on Wi-Fi you may need to consider a backup. Was the bathroom was serviceable there was a growing amount of mould around the bathroom which shows that it hasn’t been well maintained

Location and layout

Just a little more attention to detail.

There was a fake Christmas tree stored under my bed. The lock to the Toilet/bathroom was broken, and no place to put my clothes. There was leftover frozen pizza in the freezer from the previous tenant. The freezer was was not cleaned and fully frosted. The refrigerator temperature was icing up my vegetables and fruits. The dryer lint container and water condenser container was full. Amenities like the coffee, tea and sugar was old.
