It was very nice premises very secure organise clean and tidy

Only one thing I would say was would be an idea to have a blind in the window by the TV and the sofa bed was a little broken but we managed

Very clean and tidy. A home from home everything was there in the apartment for you needed. Especially if you just wanted stay in and relax and chill.

As my partner and I are coffee drinkers there was no coffee available there was tea but very little milk and sugar. The shower kept fluctuating from hot cold. After going to the local shops I couldn’t get back in to the apartment through the front door due to either the door lock was broken or my code was not being recognised luckily my partner stayed in and she came and let me in if we had both gone out we would of both been locked out !!

Modern clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable. Had parking.

Key collection was annoying as key was not in key box but in door. Room’s numbered randomly so I’m on phone to help desk with bags up and down stairs. Bit of a workout. Finally got in to find WiFi connection details were completely wrong. Did manage to connect by QR code. Needs addressing. Found the pre check-in over the top with having to take pics of ID and self. Shower thermostat was erratic but hot. Bit of a gold fish bowl in front room as one window had no blinds or curtains. Outside areas could do with a tidy. Had a little tablet saying welcome but screen was dim and thought it was a nice touch but pointless as just wanted to get online on my own iPad.

Location & parking

The heating was not working and it was winter. Access on arrival was a nightmare !
