This is a beautiful house with lovely hosts and it was a pleasure to stay.

Breakfast was a selection of danish pastries and a cafetiere of fresh coffee, offered in the owner's kitchen. Sitting at the large breakfast bar, it was very pleasant and an opportunity to chat with other guests.

Fab place, beautiful room Great location for football ground

This place is lovely! Absolutely spotless! Probably the cleanest we've stayed in! Great communication from the host regarding arrival and check in. We were in The Grey room which is the attic. It's a huge room with a lovely big bathroom which overlooked the roof terrace . Beautifully decorated with lovely furniture. Lovely hosts and beautiful place Ideal for football ground Rooftop terrace is fab Everything in the room you need. Iron, hairdryer etc. Lovely comfy bed, lovely pillows too! Right out of hotel is a short walk to Stoke which had some great pubs and a great Indian restaurant or left a short walk to a Wetherspoons and Plymouth Argyle Football ground! Couldn't get parked outside but plenty of street free parking nearby. Would definitely return here if we were ever to visit Plymouth again.

Amazing place

Great location with few bus stops nearby. Arrive late in the evening and the zone feels safe (to walk alone as woman). The house is impeccable clean, and some nice details of service such as iron, coffee machine in the room, and a sort of different option of pads in the washroom (again a proper detail for women). The room big, the bed soo comfy.

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Good communication & lovely, comfortable, quiet accommodation. Lisa advised us about the buses into the city centre - very easy access which avoided trying to park there. Nice coffee & pastries for breakfast! Highly recommended - we hope to stay again!

After a four hour drive from Cirencester, this was an added bonus. We enjoyed our trip to Plymouth.

We felt very secure since the front door was locked at all times. It would have been good if there were off road parking but the plus point is that we drove out to town for a few hours and or initial parking space was still available. The room was very comfortable and peaceful.

Oh! The kettle, it was simple, just press a button and boiling water came out to fill one cup (we hadn't used a kettle like this before). After a few cups it started to make a bubbling noise, that's when I realised that I had to top-it-up 🤦‍♂️. As an observation, may be an instruction to remind the guest to top-up?

It was a very comfortable, pleasant room and we had a modern bathroom with separate toilet down the landing. We parked on the street outside and walked along to a Wetherspoons for breakfast.

Very nicely styled, handy street parking right outside the property, Lisa was really lovely and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay! By the way, the bed was unbelievably comfortable! if we could’ve slept in it for longer and not had to work, we absolutely would have.

Perfect hosts, great location for Torpoint Ferry, super clean and such great value.

Lisa and Ray are such a friendly and welcoming couple. The house was spotless and even though we had booked a room with no ensuite the toilet and bathroom felt like it was our own and just next to our room. Book with total confidence you will not be disappointed. Great value for money - we will be back.

i was booking two rooms whithout breakfasts , but in the morning I had a discussion with my member of the family in the amazing roof terrace, and the owner lady was taking a nice , very delicious breakfast writh 100 liter coffie . and has been very very kind . We suprised ,and said to each other , this happen just very rerary , not every day :) recomend for everyone who wanna spend a few days in nice piecefull place , and wanna relax .

the time was too short what we spent there . We been very sorry , just spent here a night , and our trip had to be carry on . ... everythings else was wanderful
