Nice house but needs TLC.

Good location for my weekend venue / event. Well catered for in the kitchen for utensils, plates & cups/glasses. Had good WiFi signal. Good temperature from the central heating. Front bedroom bed was comfortable. Fed back to the owner on the cleanliness issues seen on my stay and had a quick reply from him on him going to discuss these with the cleaners that he uses.

Parking was on a main, busy dual carriageway A road. You could see the car from the front bedroom & I was the only car parked on that road. Had to clean everything before I used it - including the microwave, there were long black hairs left in the bathroom, found a wooden toothpick in the bathroom mat. The bathroom fan was noisy - could do with a clean out as covered in fluff/dust. No toilet roll holder in the main bathroom. The sofa had many visable dried water/fluid marks. The house would benefit from a deep clean & cosmetic repairs being completed.

Great stay

Great location very quiet area although its quite close to a main road. Beautiful cosy 2 bedroom house which was nice and clean.

Only small negative about this house there is no ironing board or iron, and in the bathroom it seems the paint is cracking a bit and could use a bit of a touch up.

2nd Time Booking This Gem Of A 2 Bed House

This was my 2nd stay at this property! It was well equipped with everything you needed! The house was spotless from top to bottom! There is a garden with a patio to relax on a good day! Although I personally didn't meet him, David the host was only a phone call away if you needed help with anything!

Car parking was on the main road in a designated marked out area to park your car or a van which is right by the property. No problem what's so ever! The house inside is nicely decorated with a modern touch! It gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

Felt like home from home, was easily accessible and was perfect for our weekend stay. We had space for our toddler to roam around and lots of space for our things/travel cot! The bedding was fresh and the facilities were clean! The washing machine came in handy, and the kitchen facilities were perfect.

States there was onsite parking, however we did have to park on the road behind the property/in the roads nearby. We could have benefitted with more pillows in the bedroom. Having access to a hoover would have been great as we had a toddler crawling and running around.

Everything!! Was super easy to find, parking right outside and from the moment we walked through the door, we were over the moon!! It was gorgeous!! We did message the host to see if they had availability for the following night and we were super disappointed when they didn’t!! But next time we’re in Plymouth for a visit, this will be our first choice for accommodation xx

Very nice place - well appointed, comfortable beds, and close to everything

Needs some good, normal sized pillows, - there's no table (and chairs) to eat at (not everyone is comfortable sitting up on barstools) and people coming in need to be made aware that the switch for the bathroom exhaust fan is way up above the bathroom door!

Lovely little property

David the host was lovely and very helpful, the property was clean and had everything we needed more or less. Fairly close to the centre of Plymouth and was easy to access from where we were. The property had plenty of space and we liked having an outdoor area also!

It was no fault of the host but the main road where the parking is advised flooded and wrote my car off, David was lovely though and so helpful. Move your car round the back of the estate if heavy rainfall is expected! I would also have liked to be able to have hoovered as im a bit of a clean freak and having the dog I usually hoover twice a day at home so going round the floor with a dustpan and brush was not ideal but again a personal thing!

Nice property for an overnight stay with the family.

Modern property with plenty of room and everything you need for the purpose and of our stay for one night before catching the ferry to France. The owner was very communicative and the location is good, with amenities close by. Would have no hesitation booking again.

A nice and comfortable apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed. The little garden is wonderful, the beds were comfortable. We arrived late at night and it was very easy to find and access. The owner replied very fast and was super friendly. It was a good value for money.

Dog friendly with a little garden.

Wasn't clean to letting standards, not enough wine glasses, tv didn't work, door bell kept going off through the night, horrible smell in the air, parking not as described and much further away then were led to believe, fridge freezer needed defrosting and door wouldn't close, towels were old and stained and didn't smell fresh. Not great to be honest 😕

Nice clean decoration and furnishings. Garden was in good order and well kept. Friendly helpful neighbour. Parking very easy on main road very close to the property.

I think the explanation of where you can park could be a lot clearer along with where the property is. WiFi code could be greatly simplified and it would be nice if there was some coffee and milk on arrival.

Good value, good sized house in an edge of town location, ideal as a base to explore Plymouth

It's a good size house, would easily accommodate four adults or a small family. Nice to have outside space. Kitchen was open and everything was easy to use. Comfy bed. Spacious lounge and bedrooms.

The key box is a bit awkward ( I broke a nail trying to get into it). I also accept it said free parking, and it was, but not until I had booked did I find out it wasn't near the property and it was a bit of a pain trying to find somewhere and lug bags in. Also, the TV reception was shocking, I gave up in the end. Not a major issue for me as I had a book.

Plymouth Stay

House was lovely nice and warm on arrival. All usual facilities available except an Iron. We didn't bring an Iron. Clean and Tidy. Spacious for a small dwelling. 5 adults staying.

Didn't like is a strong question !!! It was more an observation. Parking ! But this was only due to the severe weather, cars were submerged in water only accessible in bare feet and trousers rolled up, Sunday morning our departure day.

No television for the money and ad description you would of thought there would be one parking was a nightmare got blocked in by irate neighbour screaming and swearing in front of my young children missed the event that we travelled down to see because of this when we did get back from the town centre we Sindhi even stay the night due to having literally nothing to watch could have booked a premier inn for half the money
