Great location, nice little flat.

Great location, city views from the top floor Whole flat to ourselves for a good price. Plus, really grateful to the owner, as we were allowed to park outside for a couple of extra hours on the day of departure so I could attend my university graduation without faffing with car parks.

I couldn't figure out the WiFi. But I was only there for one night so it was no big deal.

Good location. Taxi rank on the corner but still easy walking distance into Plymouth. Everything we needed from a hairdryer to a fully stocked kitchen. Fabulous size apartment for the price.

Decor a little tired, bed soft and the upstairs toilet wasnt clean. Also bit chilly in the evening as fixed thermostat

Convenient and accessible for visiting the University

Very convenient for us visiting the University. Very spacious and roomy. Host accommodating and allowed us to use rear parking space as shared spaces at front were already taken - and allowed us to stay parked longer than departure time to fit in with University open day hours

Spacious, if somewhat tired flat.

Quite spacious, good for a family meet up. Allocated parking. Nice sofa in lounge.

The family due to arrive after us had been mistakenly granted access a day early and had already entered the property, this left us with concerns about security / management of property. When we finally got in, bins were already full and towels had been used. The property was also cold (no control for heating) and needs just a little money spending on it to make it a cosier place to stay. E.g. lighting in lounge and mattress protectors. It has the potential to be lovely. However, suggestions made by previous guests do not appear to have been followed up on. The host was quick to offer a refund but we've not received this.

Disappointing.

Very close to Plymouth railway station but a difficult uphill walk with luggage. Obviously much better on the way back to the station.

Front walkway overgrown with weeds. Someone was supposed to be there to let us in. No-one there so texted owner who provided wrong code for the key safe. Re-contacted owner for correct code. Finally got access to building after 35 minutes. Then had to climb multiple sets of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our rooms. No working bedside lamp in front room. Carpeted areas need steam cleaning. Living area ceiling light fixture reflects into the TV making watching TV difficult.

Carpets were dirty and stained. Window blinds were faulty: lounge had a broken draw rod; bedroom had no cord to raise and lower. Oven nerd cleaning - made the room smell when switched on. Not enough glassware for four people.

It's really a lovely size apartment. Bedrooms were a lovely size . Crisp white bedding. Spotless. Lovely clean kitchen. I would certainly go again. Give this place a try. You really won't regret it, especially at the rate charged and the overall standard .

That there wasn't any basic tv . We couldn't even get Netflix. As we were going as a family with little one, it was lucky we took a tablet . And the bathroom doors far too small really need to make the door access bigger . We were ok, but someone bigger wouldn't fit through it. All 3 of us were in agreement that although the mattresses were in good condition, it look wise. we all said they needed to be a much better quality as we all Had a bit of a rough night. 1 last thing this apartment is on the top 2 floors of a house and really not good if you can't do lots of stairs

Wow what a find. Perfect location, so big & would accommodate more than just us two. Great little supplies in the kitchen and a washing machine. Safe parking for the hire car.

Good location if you are coming by train. TV firesick had plenty of channel choices. Most places only have bog-standard free view channels.

Unable to close bedroom window. Because off this had trouble sleeping, seemed to be motorbikes zooming around all night. Also same window had a blind that you had to stand on a chair to get up as there was no cord to operate it.

It was so spacious, and we all loved it (three generations) and very comfortable. Great views, location, facilities, just brilliant. Every single thing we might have needed was there.

It can be a gamble getting parking, however there was an option to contact the host for the private space.

Great value accommodation in centre of Plymouth

Large, comfortable living room. Having two separate bedrooms and toilets was very convenient. Kitchen good space and well organised. Nice views of the city.

As we are quite old and unfit, the stairs to the flat were arduous and narrow, and then we were met with more stairs within the flat. Living room lighting choice either too bright or too dim. Front bedroom bedside lights woefully inadequate. Both bedroom wooden ceiling beams a bit low to negotiate. Would have been nice to have had a packet of biscuits, crisps or two in the kitchen along with the tea and coffee facilities. Downstairs bathroom basin a bit wobbly. TV instructions could be clearer.

Perfect location, great for a short self catering stay.

Property was surprisingly big, with a second floor. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. We stayed one night to go to my sons passing out parade at HMS Raleigh and it was perfect location to drive to go get ferry to Torpoint. When we got there, no parking on front but I called the owner and she kindly told me about parking around the back which was very secure. Would stay again.

Stains on bed sheets, had to search for clean bedding and change the bedding myself Awoken at 3am to scratching from what we believe to be mice in the roof space Stains throughout property on carpets Very tatty/ dirty bathroom facilities Couldn’t find thermostat anywhere for heating the entire apartment was freezing. When we arrive the kitchen window was wide open. Luckily we arrived between 9-10pm and we’re leaving at 8am. I’m very glad to say it was a very quick flying visit and I won’t be book again. Even for the price paid very disappointed.
