A fairly spacious apartment on the third floor and loft converted bedrooms. Spacious lounge/diner with adjacent kitchen on the third floor with two bedrooms above. Two parking bays in the paved front yard with overflow parking in the street behind the house. Reasonably well equipped, good WiFi speed.

The WiFi information failed to connect but a phone call to the very helpful owner quickly provided the correct connection details.

It’s on the fourth floor

Great location 2 bedroom apartment. Easy to find at the top of the High Street and beside the railway station. Easy walking access to the whole town and shopping. Large supermarket was nearby. Flat was well equiped for longer stays.

Deferred maintenance and tidy up required. Carpet needs replacement and apartment could do with a refresh. Beds could do with an upgrade to full mattress and bases.

Did not realise the flat was on the fourth floor with no lift so back breaking carrying things up. The area was rather rundown with no available grassy space to walk the dog. Booked to get a bath but the water flow was poor and the bath plug didn’t fit so water didn’t stay in the bath. The sofa bed was just a split mattress opening up on the floor. Very uncomfortable so someone had to sleep on the settee after we hunted out some additional bedding even though it was clear we were going to need to use this. The bed on the smaller bedroom had a very flimsy spring ridden mattress. Communication was poor such that the key box code and directions were only supplied while we were driving through Plymouth to get there. We were also informed way too late that our book in time was being pushed back by an hour which we discovered after we had arrived! The owner waived the fee for the dog staying in lieu of this but I never knew what that fee would have been.
