An amazing home for people to enjoy when visiting Plymouth.

This maisonette was in a very good position to access all areas of Plymouth. The furnishings were very very good. It is a stylish place with everything a visitor could require. Being central might concern a visitor regarding noise, but actually once the rush to and from work is over, it is a quiet area. Two hotels are very close. Myriads of restaurants and take away food places are close. Also very close are two major supermarket outlets.

We knew free parking would be a problem but we were fortunate that we managed to park each night up the hill outside on the street beside a hotel. Three nights we were able to park in spots directly opposite the maisonette.

Close to the location of where I needed to be.

We have left the property this morning following a two day stay. There were a few issues that we found during our stay. I have raised them with the owners but I was told as I didn’t do it during my stay, there is not much that can be done about it. My stay was taken up with spending time with my family outside the property and I was not prepared to sacrifice that time to chase up issues with a property I believe was not up to a good standard of cleanliness.

The perfect short stay location for friends and family.

It was very clean and tidy with perfect facilities for a short stay. Even had an outdoor snug area.

It worked well for the 4 of us but may be a bit small for larger groups.

The maisonette was in a very good position near the Barbican but away from the very busy centre. It was very clean, comfortable beds. Perfect for our requirements. Good value for money. Very good host.

Light in toilet did not work. Bathroom extractor fan did not work but reported and was being attended to.

Central well appointed town house

Really good location, minutes from the Barbican and good shops/restaurants in the same street. The kitchen was well equipped and nice lounge dining room. Comfy beds and an additional tv in the twin room if you have kids! The host was very helpful and responsive and her directions to the free safe parking excellent.

Not a big problem for us, but it has one shower room plus an additional toilet, not quite matching the description of 2 bathrooms.

Comfortable stay in great value accommodation in a perfect location

Excellent location, 5 minute walk in to the heart of the Barbican, 15 minutes in to the City centre. Accommodation was very clean, everything was provided, beds were very comfortable.

Amazing short get away!

This was an amazing property, located in a very convenient part of town. Walking distance from the Harbour and right next to a Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Very clean, bright decor and an amazing host! Would highly recommend especially if travelling with family!

Superb

The property was very neat and well decorated with every little facility available. I like iam in my own house 🏠 don't have to carry lots of stuff as there us every thing available from kitchen to bathroom.

Liked having 2 toilets. Spacious bedrooms. Close to the city center. Convenient stores on the door step.

Booking.com says parking but there isn't. The host was more than helpful suggested places to park. Upstairs bathroom seemed cramped. Shame living room wasn't little bigger as there were 6 of us there.

Perfect find for a city break

The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere with ease including the large shopping centre, city centre, the hoe and guildhall. The host was very friendly and responsive. Check in and out was very easy. The accommodation was clean and rooms were large allowing plenty of space for all guests.

Overall the property was fab, but if I had to pick one thing for improvement it might be a couple more towels as there didn't seem to be enough for all guests, though we did get a text on the day to say bring your own, so wasn't unexpected.

She finde reasons to dkn't give deposit back and insult the guests

Nothing look like...the lady send people to the dor and disturb you nonstop.that house is not save...is insecure and after she insult you,she make you feel insecure and makes you live.and now i remember that she told me about other property the same...that she hade to take them out...very bad experiens...
