Good location with two convenience stores literally a minute walk up the road, plenty of takeaway options if you’re feeling lazy and a cosy place with simplistic decoration!

Wouldn’t book again! Very disappointed

Didn’t like anything about property internet didn’t work, beds uncomfortable, sofa no support just sunk into it, wasn’t a terrace. Nail sticking out of floor board hurt toe, pipe hanging off radiator in bathroom all floors dirty and whole property really dark and couldnt see through windows, parking was awful to really disappointed!

See above plus neighbours had all there rubbish just stacked in street.

Basic, fairly comfortable, clean, and good value for money

The decor was to our taste and finished to a fairly good standard. Heating & hot water all worked well. The bathroom was nice. It was fairly close to the places we wanted to visit. It suited our family very well.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen space was a little awkward and the garden was uninspiring. Parking wasn’t good.

Stylish comfort on the outskirts of Plymouth.

Quiet residential area, lovely stylish decor, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

I booked the property because it was on the outskirts of the city and pretty close to a climbing centre that my friends and I had been at during the afternoon. So the fact that we had to then drive into the city centre on a busy Friday teatime to collect keys, and then drive out again was a real pain. Surely a key box is the answer here. I've never previously had to do that, and I travel extensively. That was the only negative from our stay.

the property was well finished and in a great location. had all the things we could need for our short stay.

the property itself was great other than a few cosmetic issues which were minor. we also had law enforcement agents attend the property which was concerning but that didn’t take away from the property.

Called on the morning of stay to request a credit card which I didnt feel comfortable with, tried to cancel and refused. Handed over credit card details over the phone... and all was OK

Superb

Sutton House was small but would have been perfect for 4 people staying - we were just two on this occasion. We found a parking space just 2 doors down the street. It's quite a walk into the centre of Plymouth (at least 50 mins) and you'd have to be quite fit to manage the hills. Luckily, we are! (This was just before Christmas and it was impossible to get taxis!) The decor is nice and modern, kitchen was well equipped, lovely hot shower and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We do intend to return on future trips - unless we find a similar apartment from the same company somewhat closer to the centre.

Minor niggles only: 1) hard to work out how to turn up central heating. 2) wifi information in the visitors book was out of date - it was a new router, which luckily had the code on the back. 3) wooden shower mat was broken. 4) only two working hooks for hanging coats in the hall. 5) a shelf in the shower to place toiletries would be appreciated. 6) could do with more hangers in the closet.

Location wasn’t the best. To park was a lottery and you could be streets away from location. The house is nicely decorated but could do with a touch up here and there.

The property was presented really well, and the staff at the front desk was friendly. Loved the furnishings and the style of the accommodation.

I had a different address come through when I made the booking therefore was a bit of a hassle travelling between properties and checking in. Also had to do a £100 deposit which was unexpected.

It was a great location for the city centre but was quiet and suitable for us as a family.

Beds huge and very comfortable. Location quiet and moments from Keyham train station. Nicely decorated throughout.

No dishwasher tablet provided, so had to wash up by hand (& no sponge either).

A highly enjoyable stay in a lovely property.

A very nice property exactly as advertised. Bedrooms large and comfortable as were the beds. Extremely quiet area and window blinds with curtains allowed for good, solid sleeps. Downstairs very spacious with a well equipped kitchen, a lovely shower room and a bonus large screen TV with access to all catch-up services, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube amongst others. Broadband fast so no buffering issues. The 21 bus around 50 yards away was great for travelling around Plymouth on a 4 adults for £13 24 hour ticket. If you are prepared to adjust times accordingly Keyham station is one street away and allowed us to travel to St Ives and Teignmouth easily and quickly, alternatively Devonport station is 20 minutes walk away but the hill on the way is highly taxing. No problems with parking outside of the property and the local residents are friendly and don't think they own the road unlike elsewhere. Leaving Plymouth for Dartmoor we were out of town within 10 minutes. Local shops were small but comprehensive within 1 minute's walk and larger Lidl and Coop within 15. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. In summary it was everything we could have wanted and can strongly recommend.

All good. We had everything we needed so nothing not to like. The weather could have been better!
