The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to the sea and the town by foot. We had everything we needed and everything was easy to use.

Had a great stay here, everything you need in the apartment and plenty of room. Great facilities and location. Easy key collection and great communication from the owner. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. When I come back for a visit, I will 100% try and rebook this accommodation.
The parking is quite tight, so if possible don't bring a big vehicle. The water pressure in the shower is low. These 2 things are very minor issues.

Great location near the Hoe, milk/biscuits/wine on arrival, all the necessary appliances, condiments, kitchen utensils, necessaties in the kitchen cupboards and bathroom, efficient heating system which we needed as it was a basement flat. Good entertainment package provided. Nice big shower and roomy bathroom. Great communication from Josh. Wonderful to have a parking spot on the Hoe right outside.
The beds were far too soft for our liking and not much room to navigate round them and for us the lounge seating was uncomfortable. Toilet was raised on a plinth which made it very high and awkward, and the outside space quite dirty after the initial heavy rain. Kitchen would benefit from under-cupboard lighting. Also a couple of times the shower just cut off the heat whilst in use and ran ice cold.
