Great location to see Plymoth and fine facilities for a couple of days stay.

It was about a 20 minute walk from town, which was good. The property was clean and we found parking nearby easy.

The property was very cold on arrival (under 12 degrees).

Very clean and neat. It had everything we needed, toiletries and refreshments were provided too. Good location as a shop near by and not too far to walk into town.

Great communication via text with instructions and kept up to date. Property was perfect for our stay and spotless. Free parking over the weekend but had to find a space in the next street. Welcome pack with tea/coffee etc was unexpected, thank you.

You can hear the guests in the upstairs apartment. The bathroom is a little smaller than expected. More than 1 extra pillow would be great per bedroom. The layout of the living area could be reconfigured so you can sit around and chat. only a 2 seat sofa but a big dining table and no tv (1 in each bedroom) Great for our short stay but if staying for a week these little things would make a big difference.

Nice place to stay

The location was very close to where we wanted to be, making it very convenient. Early check in was requested and we were able to get in an hour early. The home was well equipped with basic needs met. Nice size rooms for a family.

The rooms had some thick dust in areas, [tops of tv etc]. Toilet brush was filthy. Beds were very low and soft (although I understand this can be a personal choice). Although stated parking was free, to a degree it is - however fit one hour a day you need a permit. This is at a cost of £3 which i didn't know about until we were in the way. Would have been nicer to have this conveyed on booking in detail.

Quiet and nice place to stay for family.

I really loved that it is close to the city centre by walking and, where we stayed, the area was really quiet. The owner sent us the descriptive message how all happens and later asked again if everything is okay and if we need anything. That was a caring thing. There is prepared everything for cooking, washing dishes and clothes and showering. Including, I loved that there is outside space for our laundry.

One of double mattress was little bit hard but that’s dependent of people some of them love like that.

Great little flat just steps from the heart of Plymouth

Clean, bright, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Great location - about 20 minute walk to the quay with all the pubs and restaurants. Excellent and simple check in and check out. Free street parking in the weekends.

Nice apartment, had everything we needed and good value for money

Nice, clean and well-presented apartment. Good facilities although the only shower room is on the small side. Good shower though, hot and powerful. Good location for our stay and as it was a weekend there were no parking restrictions so we were able to park right outside.

One bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and only one pillow per person, also little 1 inch floor variations that resulted in a couple if stubbed toes ,should have been mentioned before hand as to a older couple could be a real hazard

The apartment was incredibly clean and fresh.

There was little that could be improved in the apartment. The mattress was a little soft for my liking but everyone likes something different so cannot fault my host.

Exceptional

It is a nice, clean and spacious flat which can see that it was freshly refurbished recently. Had no hassle on booking it a couple hours prior arriving. Kitchen has everything we needed, stovetop, brand new pans and fridge freezer. Also there was a back garden area. It has a TV in each of the bedrooms. We could not find how to watch the normal TV but there were plenty of playback options.

Highly recommend, all good. Could do with another mirror in the second bedroom.
