9 College Court Spacious, Modern 4-Bed Townhouse in York - Pass the Keys

The place is amazing! Clean, beautiful, well stocked, beautifully decorated. We couldn’t ask for more. Location. Very quiet, affluent and safe housing area. We had rented cars so traveling was not an issue but I think there’s access to public transportation nearby. The whole area is very well designed. I took long walks around the area in the late evenings for my daily exercise. The house. The decor is beautiful. One of the best houses we’ve stayed here in the UK in all our travels (besides the Edinburgh one I took the year before). The rooms are clean and spacious, enough space and room for all of us. Kitchen is well stocked and organized. The rooms smelled lovely! Very nice touch. I took the one on the third floor and it is huge. Loved it. Garden is neat well tended to. There are even chairs for us to sit outside to enjoy the weather. There was a three legged cat that came to greet us in the garden. We didn’t let it inside the house. So cute and very auspicious. Wished we had stayed there longer. 10/10 would recommend to others. Especially large groups that need lots of bathrooms. Lol

Nothing much. All good. My husband complained about the small shower stall but I think that’s quite a standard over there.

Wonderfully comfortable for our family group. Clean, well appointed and good location. Beds were super comfy.

Would have loved the washer to be a washer/dryer combo

Great location, beautiful detached house, furnished well, comfortable beds, extra bathrooms, free parking, very short walk to bus into centre and large Tesco for supplies. Everything we needed for a multi generation family stay!

Property was perfect for our needs

Great location. Easy access to amenities (Tesco), one straight main road into York during the day and night for taxi or bus service into town and back. More than enough space for eight people. Very quiet area. House was very clean.

It was very warm some days and there were lots of ants in the kitchen and hallway, which was a bit off putting. A couple of the beds were uncomfortable, so one of us slept on the settee in the living room on the final night.

The house was lovely and in a great position. We had a great week. It was very clean on arrival and had loads of kitchen utensils/crockery etc. The beds were really comfy too!

The only thing we sometimes struggled with was parking. The driveway was quite narrow and we have a big car! There were often cars parked opposite making it difficult to manoeuvre. It wasn't a big problem though.
