Nice apartment in good location - Gion - our stay was very nice. We really liked the fact, that it was very close to main attractions of Kyoto. The host, Kazunori, was very helpful and gave us really good tips. Moreover, he let us check-in earlier what was great!

オーナーの対応が親切で、第一印象でとても良い旅になりそうな雰囲気になりました。
スーツケースやリュックなど荷物を置くスペースがもう少し欲しかった。

The location was excellent. It was easy to explore Gion and we felt safe.
The property was in a good place for catching buses and trains as well. There are many food places in the area. The upstairs living area and kitchen were good.
The hosts were gracious letting us drop our bags early.
We all slept in one room downstairs. It was difficult to sleep with the lighted exit sign in our bedroom. The room glowed a bright green. Three of us stayed. It had one room for sleeping with four beds. The duvet on the spare bed was badly stained. It did not have a cover on it. My duvet was also stained on investigation.
The stairs are very steep between the upstairs living area and the bedroom downstairs. Dishes were left draining on the side of the sink.
