La via è molto bella, vicina al fiume ed ad un tempio, vicino alla fermata del bus. La struttura è tipica giapponese con i suoi pregi e difetti ma è esattamente l’esperienza che cercavamo.
Io futon non sono per tutti e la stanza da letto è sopra le scale, non adatta a chi ha problemi di mobilità

Wunderbar gelegen, um Gion und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden; mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, traditionelles Ambiente, alles neu und blitzsauber.

De ligging en mooi verbouwde woning. Goed centraal gelegen en mooi uitzicht op het groen. Smaakvol ingericht. Fijne wasmachine. Alles top.
Het was geweldig, echter het zou uitmuntend zijn als ook het tweede twee persoonsbed een fijn matras zou hebben. Dat was nu een hard bed op de grond.

Exceptional location, super comfy apartment and really great amenities! The washer-dryer was super good and didn't damage any of our clothes but we mostly has cotton/linen blends.
The owner sent a very long very scary message about how we could absolutely not change the temperature of the shower with the regular tap but we had to use the buttons on the side, or the system would be damaged and we would incur costs. With the buttons, the options were basically: 1) very hot, 2) scalding, 3) lava, 4) surface of the sun. Given the heat in the Japanese summer, I would have appreciated the option to have cold or even tepid water coming out of the shower somehow.
