Good location, cool space, comfortable and good facilities.

Location is superb. Very close to where I wanted to visit as well. Much larger than anticipated and REALLY appreciate having three separate bathrooms. Anyone traveling in a group can probably agree.
Can be a bit loud at night with the neighbors. You can hear footsteps and chatter. But nothing too bad!

It’s near Gion and other Kyoto Tourist Destinations, it’s very clean and spacious and also safe location.

Plenty of beds, great location. Great amount of bathrooms for any group.
The right bathrooms in the 2nd floor did not have hot water, so showers were cold. Wifi did not reach the left side of the 2nd floor.
