The location and the room assigned to the river from Which we could see the Pagoda.

Such a great location. Bars and restaurants nearby. Room was lovely. We had a balcony looking over the river. I loved sleeping on the floor mats. Staff are helpful. Highly recommend. Cost us $12 AUD for taxi from kyoto station.

Nice to experience a traditional Ryoken style accomodation. Lovely view.

Property was old and dated. Very few plugs to charge electrical items, air conditioner was noisy,
