The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Kyoto! The hosts were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Location was good since it's very close to the big intersection where you can reach bus stop or train station easily. Breakfast from the downstairs Cafe was excellent. You can choose either dine in or deliver upstairs. Really like the variety of food and drinks on the menu. I personally like the coffee float! The river view was very nice and there's a balcony for you to sit and enjoy the view with a coffee or a drink.
The stairs lead to the room was a bit steep, therefore it's not convenient if you have heavy luggage. Also, Cafe downstairs opens early in the morning, for those who wants to sleep in might find it a bit noisy because there would be customers chatting and music playing at the cafe downstairs (Cafe is quite popular around the area).

The flat was modern, had great views from the balcony, and the downstairs cafe was so convenient.
