House owner and our contacts were very helpful, polite and kind. House owner gave us small presents, it was pretty thoughtful and cool. Also house was pretty clean, comfortable, luxury. Close the train station and city center. I suggest this place who wants to come Kyoto.

京都旅行の際に利用させていただきました。京都に滞在をする方には、自信を持ってオススメしたい最高の宿です。 ▼ 立地と雰囲気 高瀬川沿いの閑静な住宅街にあり、観光地の喧騒から離れて「京都に住むように旅する」感覚を存分に味わえます。川沿いで温かい日が差し、辺りを散歩するだけでも幸せな気分になれます。四条河原町エリアへも徒歩20分弱と、歩くのが苦にならない心地よいアクセスです。 ▼ お部屋とデザイン 寝室2つ（シングルベッド2台の部屋とクイーンベッド1台の部屋）、リビング、キッチン、ダイニングで最大5名程のご家族での宿泊も可能と思います。 木の温もりが溢れる温かい内装に、シンプルでスタイリッシュな家具。高い天井と日当たりの良い設計もあり、洗練された中に、落ち着きが感じられる空間です。家具や照明の一つひとつにこだわりが感じられ、ギャラリーに泊まっているような贅沢さです。 ▼ アメニティ・設備 一般的なアメニティは一通り揃っています。地元のコーヒーショップのコーヒー豆など、1つ1つのアメニティにも細やかなホスピタリティが感じられます。キッチン設備やお皿も充実しているので、長期で滞在される方は、近くのスーパーで食材を買って料理を楽しむのも良さそうです。 ▼ 宿泊までのやり取り 事前の連絡から滞在中まで、オーナーさんの温かいお人柄が伝わる対応で、安心して過ごすことができました。 ▼ 車で来られる方へのアドバイス 宿の前は細い一方通行で、近隣のコインパーキングが埋まっていることもあるため、公共交通機関でのアクセスか、お車の場合は事前にパーキングの場所をチェックしておくとよりスムーズだと思います。

It was an absolutely gorgeous home, completely fitted with everything you need for the most comfortable home away from home. The location was perfectly situated near restaurants and the metro, which made getting to various locations around Kyoto super easy. Also, the hospitality from all the members of KOU was amazing. Oda was fantastic and always helping with suggestions of where to go and eat.

Nothing, everything was perfect! I cannot speak highly enough of our stay here. If we ever go back to Kyoto, we will definitely be staying there again!

耕｜PRIVATE MAISON KOU is a very elegant and well-designed two-storey house in central Kyoto, located along a peaceful stream. The banks around are planted with cherry trees which were in full-blossom when we visited. The house itself has a very neat design and a warm feeling. All the appliances and fixtures are of high standard and taste. The host has been very welcoming and helpful to get us settled in. Many amenities of Kyoto were reachable easily from the house.
