The staff is incredibly welcoming—always kind, friendly, and helpful. The story of the family who owns the property is truly meaningful and adds a special touch to the experience. The place is beautiful, spotless, authentic, and exceptionally well maintained. The location is also very convenient.

Boy do I love this hotel. Fabulous location and beautiful historic Japanese hotel and even better than all that was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I’ll be back!
