Spacious, clean, and beautiful house, with all the necessary modern facilities and furnishings.
Really minor details: some doors are harder to open (perhaps to preserve the original design of the house?); location-wise, while Kyoto station, the nearest subway station, and the bus stops are not really far away, the summer heat might make the walks feel longer.

Keeping the Japanese styles as exterior and modern facilities inside. The staff is very friendly and response very prompt.
The TV should be upgraded to a smart TV so foreigners can watch YouTube or other English channels.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was such a beautiful house and everything about it was perfect. It has the perfect layout and so much room. I wish we could have spent our whole Japan trip here as it was fantastic! It makes me want to build a Japanese house like this in Australia it's so gorgeous!
Very minor but we filled the bins pretty quickly here. I know they said we could message them and they would come and collect but I'm someone who doesn't like bothering people so would have loved to just be able to place them in a bigger garbage bin somewhere.

Only a sugestion for improvement: if possible to add some hangers / or a clothes rack near the shower.
