I loved the onsen, the overall experience was great and the staff gave us every directive from the start. The room was also great, the mood, decoration made me think about old japan. And of course very clean.
The location is not well linked to stations, but there are many bus, so I don't think it is so important. And maybe the view from our room wasn't great, but we are in a big city, so tall building next to each others... and I believe there is an option to have a small garden.

really relaxing place youre treated well, especially kind with the kids, it really feels like staying in a real old Japanese house, my wife loved the onzen. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
a bit hard to sleep due to the windows letting light in. the Japanese breakfast had a lot of tofu.

We were not told about extra pillows and duvet which would have made our sleep more comfortable
