We love this house. This is so close to train station and facilities. It is a very modern house with washing machine and dryer. We would love to come back to stay.

Host was v flexible and gave us an early check in at 12noon! Host was extremely helpful and assisted to make meal reservations for venues which could not be done online.

We found the ground floor WC a little drafty at nighy but it could also be because we did not put the AC on higher heat in the night.

the location was IDEAL. only 5-10 min walk from kyoto station! We felt very safe as well, and the whole design, cleanliness, and functionality of the place was 10/10. the place felt like home. very comforting, our family with baby were able to stay comfortably in the first floor while four of us were upstairs separating two bedrooms. Laundry was easily done with a 2 in 1 washer/dryer, we also found the kitchen with the built in projector next level! The overall design of this home was beautiful and we had just enough space for 6 adults and 1 baby. 7/11, lawsons, family mart were all conveniently close with restaurants nearby as well. the walk to and from our stay was therapeutic and I hope I can stay here again someday!
