Fantastic breakfast, authentic Japanese and vegetarian, delivered exactly on time every morning. Highly recommended.
With the information given, it was very easy to check in, drop our luggage, and park the car in the reserved slot a few hundred meters away. The map and photos provided were perfectly accurate.
Location is great, walking distance from the train station, with a giant shopping mall and so many restaurants to keep you busy after visits.
Our stay was too short (3 nights) to notice any negative aspects

Lovely, large house in a busy neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. A large mall is just one block away and the main station is two blocks away. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The owner was super lovely and very attentive to anything we needed. The house has Playstation, karaoke and the owner gave us lots of presents.
The house was on a main road, in a modern area. From the pictures I assumed that it was in a quiet, traditional neighborhood.

京都駅からの近さや近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、ロケーション最高でした。お宿の設備も新しく清潔で、アメニティや設備も何から内まで準備されており感動しました。アイロンや洗濯機まであり、中長期滞在には最適だと思います。また、PSやカラオケもあり子供も楽しく滞在できました。朝食のお弁当も京都ならではのおばんざい風で美味しかったです。
