Rinn Kyoto Ebisunocho

这次入住体验非常不错。住宿位于京都市中心附近，交通便利，前往京都站、清水寺和祇园都很方便。 房间保留了传统京町家的特色，同时内部设施齐全且干净整洁。空间比一般酒店宽敞很多，几个人一起入住也不会觉得拥挤。特别喜欢日式庭院和浴室设计，让人能够感受到京都独有的氛围。 工作人员服务周到，入住说明清晰，即使是第一次入住町家也能顺利完成入住手续。 在Rinn Kyoto Station酒店前台办理完入住，还用车把我们送到了町家。 周边有便利店、餐厅和咖啡店，生活机能良好，既能体验当地居民区的安静氛围，又不会离主要观光景点太远。 如果以后再来京都旅行，仍然会考虑再次入住，也会推荐给家人和朋友。

Loved our stay at Rinn Kyoto. The accommodation is wonderful and clean. Just 12 minutes walk till Kyoto station. You can walk Everywhere from this location. We loved staying there as it is so authentic. Will definitely recommend

五条駅から近く、京都駅や四条方面にも出やすい便利な立地でした。大通りから少し入った場所にあるため、夜は静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。 建物は京町家らしい梁や格子、和室の雰囲気が残っていて、京都らしさを感じられる空間でした。一方で、水回りやキッチン、洗濯機などはきれいに整っていて、快適に過ごせました。 特にお風呂がとても良かったです。普通のホテルとは違い、ゆっくり湯船に浸かりながら非日常感を味わえました。観光後に宿へ戻ってからの時間も楽しめるのが、この町家の魅力だと思います。宿で過ごす時間も大切にしたい方におすすめです。

不満はありません。町家ならではの雰囲気を楽しむ宿なので、一般的なホテルのようなロビーや常駐スタッフを求める方より、静かにゆっくり過ごしたい方に向いていると思います。

The apartment itself was beautiful, thoughtfully designed and clearly looked after with a lot of care. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite throughout our stay, this was a very pleasant experience.

Our stay was affected by ongoing tensions with a neighbor across the street that has issues with the property’s short-term rental use, which we hadn’t known about before booking. We were contacted a few times about complaints from him, including a late-night call from the staff that reminded us to have all blinds closed in the evenings and keep noise low, even though we’d been out all day and when we arrived late in the evening we had followed all said rules. We also witnessed this neighbor shouting aggressively at the guests staying in the next door Rinn Kyoto unit over the same issue and threatening to call the police. It would have helped to know in advance that guests are expected to do all these steps to keep a low profile (taxis are also not allowed to stop infront of the accomodation because of the neighbour) and otherwise might have conflicts with him. We shared this feedback directly with the team afterward but haven’t gotten any response. We think this situation is something that management of Rinn Kyoto should manage more proactively rather than leaving guests to navigate it during their stay and for that reason we unfortunately wouldn't recommend the stay until the issue is resolved, despite it being a gorgeous accommodation that is very well done. For the amount you pay you should be able to use the apartment freely and we didn't feel comfortable.
