Super cute, super comfortable accommodation. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. It was very clean and the host was exceptional! Great location!

Location right on the river with fabulous views and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, 7-11 and bus/train in close walking distance.
Only two western beds. Two tatami mats/futons on the floor which is great for kids/teens, would be hard for adults

This is an excellently laid out house in a lovely location, with an exceptional host. Everything is provided for (laundry, kitchenette for light cooking), and the rooms and bath are super comfortable. The neighborhood has most everything one could need, and what a joy to wake up next to the Kamo River (the host thoughtfully includes info for bird-watchers!)

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional—she made everything feel easy and welcoming from the very beginning.
The house is new, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the details carefully thought out. It also offers beautiful views of the river, which made the experience even more special.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy a more authentic side of traditional Japan. It felt like a much deeper and more meaningful experience than staying in a busy area.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
