Beautiful quiet neighborhood in a good location in Kyoto, traditional aesthetic, Clean, very comfortable, great bath, easy to find and enter, mini-amenities offered like coffee and tea were a nice welcome
Door is locked only with an easy to guess key code, only one bathroom, slightly difficult communication with owners about kyoto tourist city tax

almost everything! beautiful property with a gorgeous bathtub.
the stairs were difficult for those of us who are not stair confident
