This property gives you a great ryokan experience. I truly loved all the décor—the simplicity, yet at the same time the elegance and beauty. It was a very comfortable place for my family of five. I really enjoyed the stay, even though we could only spend one day in Kyoto, but it was extraordinary. The customer service support was fantastic. They allowed us to leave our luggage at 11 a.m. before check-in, and they also let us keep our bags there after check-out for about four hours. They are very attentive and respond to messages very quickly, even though customer service ends at 7 p.m.; they are always aware and ready to help you. We were very happy with the experience
