The location is perfect! A short walk to the train station and shops are a 2 minute walk. It’s a charming old-style Ryokan with Japanese futon & tatami mats. The staff are so friendly and lovely and very accommodating.
The onsen could be hotter.

Not having the ability to go in and out without handing the keys to the staff, it was very bothering.

It was rather lovely and old fashioned. A proper inn . Great location and had its own onsen which was nice . Charming garden. Nice helpful owners.
We really liked it because we knew what to expect. Some others wanted a more modern place but this had real character.
