What was there not to like? I was looking for their recommendations on where to propose to my fiancé and they simply told me to do it there and upgraded our room to the top floor with a view of the Yasaka Pagoda. They even included a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Any question we had, they had an answer. Giving private access to the bath, the private breakfast, all of it was superb. If you ever want to go off the beaten path and find more local eateries, just speak with the staff and they will lead you in the best direction.
The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave.

Location was fabulous, clean, comfortable and very nice staff.
Toilets are shared by floor and bathroom has to be booked by time slots. Having said that we had no problem getting a slit and the bathroom was fabulous.
