Steps away from Yasaka pagoda, immersive cultural experience because it’s located in the heart of Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. We love waking up in the morning with no crowds yet and truly enjoy the beautiful streets of Ninenzaka. A short to the majestic Kiyomizu dera. Plenty of traditional restaurants and shops. Staff quick to answer via email and phone call
It might be a challenge with mobility issues because stairs going to the second floor is a bit steep. It was also advertised as 3 bedroom but it’s only 2 bedroom plus a very small study/den. Internet is spotty

Its a fantastic traditional house in a great location right in the middle of the Kiyomizu Dera area - facilities are excellent and although its very busy in the neighbourhood through the day its in a quiet side street and you hear no noise
Its a really quiet street - so quiet that its not that easy to find - google maps didn't offer much support! We got there in the end and it was well worth it but the first time finding it was a little tricky.

普段利用するHOTELとは違い、古民家的な町家の雰囲気を味合えました。
海外の方は凄く喜ばれると思います!
チェックインに合わせて、照明、エアコンをセッティングされていて、とても気遣いが嬉しかったです
キッチンの道具も充実しており、何不自由なく利用出来ました。
アメニティの件でタオル持参は荷物になると思い
お尋ねしましたら、快く2泊分準備して頂いて大変助かりました。
ただひとつ残念なのが、お風呂の浴槽の吹出口（お湯炊きとかで利用する穴）のお掃除をされていた方が、次の方が気持ち良く使用できるかと、、

Excellent location! Could walk to bus station and some beautiful locations, sights and stores.
Was well fitted out with things you’d need for a stay. Lots of towels provided. Grocery store also a short walk away.
The washer/dryer facility was a life saver! Thank you.
Guest books were a great touch.
There were a few places we felt the cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch.
